This brand new luxury home sleeps 22 with 4 King Suites, 2 Double Queen Suites, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach, you are minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops. High Cotton has everything you need in your vacation home at the beach!

Perfect house for us :)

This was our first time visiting Destin and this was the perfect house for our friends and family, four families all together. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. Quick little walk to the beach, the chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every morning.

Perfect Family Vacay

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is GREAT for more than one family. The house does stay very bright at night because of the condo lights next door. It would be nice to have some thicker shades to block out some of the light. The location is perfect with a private street and private beach. We will definitely book with this company again!

Gorgeous Home!

This was our 1st time in Destin and we truly fell in love with it, but what made it even better was our stay in this gorgeous home at High Cotton in the Shipwatch Community. The home was conveniently located within walking distance to a private beach which displayed powdery white sand and turquoise waters. The sunsets there were amazing too!! We made so many beautiful memories with friends & family in that home and look forward to coming back again soon!!

Short walk to beach in quiet community

We had a great stay at High Cotton. This was an extended family vacation with ages ranging from 2-70, we loved the house and short walk to the beach. The chairs being preset on the beach made it so easy to get down there with small kids each day. Alex and team were super responsive and it was incredibly easy to check in. Would have loved room darkening shades vs the light diffusing shades in the bedrooms as it’s quite bright at night but other than that - no notes! Will stay again!

We had 5 couples stay and had ample room! Every room has a bathroom which was a huge plus!! The location was AMAZING with only a very short walk to the beach. It's in such a great part of Destin and close to great restaurants and shopping!

Celebration at High Cotton

The home was beautiful and equipped with everything that we needed. Great space with comfortable beds. We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with family and friends, 12 staying there and plenty of room for more. The elevator was the bonus. Any requests from the host were met with a quick response. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Great vacay.

Beautiful home, Great beach steps away

Great place: clean, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, well equipped kitchen with most small appliances, large pantry for groceries, open kitchen/ dining area to accommodate large group and to be together during meal times. Comfortable outdoor lounging and dining. Lots of sitting areas for privacy, if desired. 2 washers and dryers, both look new and work well! Extra fridge in the garage. Includes beach toys: buckets, shovels, etc. and boogie boards. 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas set up and taken down each day to make beach days enjoyable and simple. We enjoyed some calm beach days and some days with larger waves and rougher water. Fished with a license from the beach. We heated the pool which was comfortably warm. Justin, the property manager was accessible, kind, helpful, and quick to reply to our inquires and needs. Easy one minute walk to beach on the private cul de sac road within the gated community. Grocery store, a friendly church, and several restaurants an 8 minute walk. Cute coffee shops 15-20 minutes walk by beach or road. We did not rent a golf cart and did not feel we needed one. Only used our car one time. Coastal Retreats was helpful and informative to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great House and Location

Took the whole family to the beach. This house was perfect for all 13 of us and could have fit more comfortably. Great location in Private community with an easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Well equipped and walking distance to beach

We absolutely loved our stay at High Cotton! Everything was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped with every appliance and piece of cookware you could ever need. We especially loved having our own private chairs set up for us on the beach every day and a beach that is never crowded! The walking distance to the beach and house was also super convenient and allowed us to go back to the house for lunch and then back to the beach. Will hope to return next year!

Best VRBO EVER! New, first class property. 2 minute walk to beach. Very nicely decorated, excellent kitchen with all utensils and a nice, poolside BBQ grill. Two blocks from grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. First Class in all ways. My family and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

This home was perfect for our family of eleven. The beach is literally steps from the home. Additionally, the beach is never crowded! The home is beautifully decorated and spotless! Appliances are very nice and new! If you have younger children the back sliding door has an alarm to alert you when children go out to the pool! We hope to return next year.

Absolutely wonderful home!

High Cotton is an absolutely wonderful and gorgeous home. It was well appointed, especially the kitchen having anything you could need. The elevator was a life saver for our folks and another bonus was the umbrellas set up at the beach for us every day. We were living in luxury. It is located in a great area. Close to shopping, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores but on a quiet street. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back next year.
