This home used to be a local community center and has been loved for generations. The entire apartment in this shared home is yours to enjoy. It has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin daybed will pull out twin trundle bed. The second bedroom can double as a "living room," since there is no separate or specific living room space. It also has a full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, air fryer, and toaster. There is also a coffee maker in the master bedroom. There is NO stove, oven, or dishwasher. All silverware, dishes, and cups are included. There is also no official dining area, but here are two small 2 seater tables in the hallway for your use. There is also a large shared patio and small shared backyard. The backyard and patio area is fully fenced. The front patio is reserved for the permanent tenants only.

You will share the driveway with permanent residents. So please do not block them in. Two cars fit in the driveway. Any additional cars must park on the street. Also always be mindful of your noise for the neighbors and permanent residents of the home. We also prefer to discuss our rules in advance with guests to ensure a good stay.

Anniversary Getaway

This property exceeded all expectations! Immaculate, spacious, and perfectly located. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from plush bedding to snacks and emergency toiletries. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, good-looking, and great singers, which made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious getaway. Will definitely return!

This apartment was very easy to find. Upon arrival we noticed that the apartment was very cleaned and it was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Owner was very clear with the instructions on how to utilize the facilities. This beautiful and spacious place is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to stay!!!!!

Quiet and Cozy

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I wanted a quiet night away, and this place was perfect! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to restaurants and entertainment. Or if you just want to stay in, there are lots of delivery options. I appreciated the small touches like snacks and bottled water. I also liked the makeup removal cloths in the bathroom. The charging ports and personal heaters in each bedroom were also thoughtful touches. It was too cold during my stay to enjoy the beautiful patio, but I hope to stay there again sometime.

It is a former community center turned single family home. The apartment you will enjoy is essentially a mother in law suite. You have a separate entrance, your own bathroom, your own kitchenette, and your own 2 bedrooms. The patio is a shared space, but it is very large and very inviting. You will just have to see it to believe it!
