Welcome to your new home away from home—a bright, airy & ultra-comfy 3BR, 2BA retreat located on the 2nd story of our newly remodeled 4-plex. Encircled by the red-rock canyons Utah is famous for, this space has everything you need to relax, recharge, and make some epic memories.
Private hot tub? Check. Shared pool & dry sauna? Oh yeah. Outdoor ping pong table & games with views of the canyons? Absolutely. All in a clean, stylish, and ultra-functional space designed for easy group living.

• Bedroom #3: Bunk Bed Room with Twin Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2): great for kids

☆ Open-Concept Living & Dining – This bright, airy space features a large Smart TV & open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The high-top dining table seats 4, with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
☆ Fully Equipped Kitchen – Stove, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all cookware, grillware & dining ware needed for hosting large groups

☼ Located in Hildale, UT a rural neighborhood surrounded by undisturbed BLM public lands - ideal for walking and exploration. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATVs from time to time.
☼ Check-In: after 4:00 PM MST, Check-Out: by 11:00 AM MST
☼ The outdoor theater seen in photos is NOT currently available for use (don't worry, we're working on it!)
