It was a perfect stay for our family of four. The kitchen was wonderful & the kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to eat breakfast there, pack lunches for our hikes, & cook on the grill at night. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The washer & dryer came in handy and it was nice to leave with clean clothes. It was enjoyable to see the horses, hear the roosters, & the view was magnificent! WiFi was great and the kids enjoyed watching movies at night to relax. Checkin and checkout was very easy & the owner was very responsive & answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this rental.
Overall staying there was incredible. The host is extremely helpful, responsive, and stocks the fridge with essentials before your stay. The area around the house is awesome especially from the roof. Itâs kind of a drive from Zion (about an hour) but my group found it worth it considering how great the house was. If you need anything the host lives nearby on the property. Even though there are a few houses around itâs well spaced and feels private with a tall fence, private driveway, and a double sided privacy wall on the roof. All the appliances are new and the single bathroom isnât a problem with a double sink and large bathtub. Next time we are in Zion we will be staying here again.
This place was better than the pictures! After a long day of hiking, this was an oasis of relief. The hot tub was just what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and had so many extras like complementary dairy products: cheese, milk, and eggs.
Zion Edge Retreat is a gem. We enjoyed everything about this rental property. On our arrival we were greeted by some unexpected extras including wine, eggs, cheese and milk. The host stopped by to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed. Zion Edge is so comfortable and is our favorite!
We stayed on our way through to Vegas and this was by far the highlight of our trip! The views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning and hanging out in the hot tub was so relaxing! Very clean property with absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. Fielding was a wonderful host and even stopped by to say hello and tell us about the area. The Water Canyon Trail he recommended for a hike was spectacular. We will absolutely stay again in the future.
Phenomenal in every way, impeccably clean, comfortable beds and couches for lounging Incredible hot tub with fantastic views. So relaxing under the stars.Host thought of everything with attention to our special anniversary. Best VRBO I've stayed at, qeloved our stay thank ypu!!!wenloved
This house is immaculate and everything youâll need for a group of 4-5. There are amazing views from the kitchen and roof deck / hot tub too!The host left goodies for us for Valentineâs Day, fresh milk and eggs in the fridge, and was extremely accommodating overall. Thereâs also a great grocery store just a few miles from the house - great for stocking up on supplies to cook in the awesome kitchen. Thanks Fielding for letting us stay in your awesome guest house!
The property is gorgeous. Everything in the home is new and in great condition. The host was great and accommodated our family. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay with short drives to hiking and other activities. Rooftop hot tub was wonderful after hiking and for watching the stars. House is stocked with a lot of necessities for you to use, including farm fresh milk, cheese and eggs!
Beautiful property and location, with more amenities than any other vacation rental we've used. Highlights for us included the rooftop hot tub, which gave a spectacular view of the night sky for stargazing (we probably saw 20 shooting stars!), and the fully stocked kitchen for preparing pre-hike meals. Excellent access to Zion and the nearby points of interest. Owner responded quickly. We would definitely return!
The property was wonderful! The location is just what I had hoped for, nestled in amongst rugged mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and the property itself was outstanding. We had a great time!
Super host! New, beautiful home close to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyons. The hot tub on the upper deck was perfect after a long day of exploring. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Canât say enough about how beautiful this home is. It has all the amenities of being at home.Very clean, fresh and with thoughtful extraâs such as fresh local cheese, eggs and raw milk put in the fridge for us! How very thoughtful!! We stayed for 2 nights and loved every bit of our stay here.
We stayed at this lovely property for one night. It was very open and welcoming. Plenty of room for me and my adult kids. Would definitely recommend. And definitely want to stay again!
The property was pristine and in great shape, as well as in an absolutely beautiful location! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond! It is located very close to tons of trails, including Zion National Park. I would definitely recommend this property to all of my friends and family!
This is a beautiful property, located in Hildale/Colorado City, UT. These are small towns that are not traditionally built around tourism. We were visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, and I had found this location as a good place to stop in between those locations when traveling down from SLC and Moab. Heading North to South, was about a 2 hour drive from Bryce Canyon. Heading to the South Entrance of Zion, this property is a 52-56 minute drive. You take roads through Hurricane, Mt. Verkin, and Springdale on way to Zion from this location. This is a wonderful property. The owner clearly cares about how it is presented to guests. Clean, well stocked with items that are useful for cooking/grilling. The owner also left a very kind gift for us - a nice bottle of wine, as well as eggs/dairy from a local farm. All were delicious. The town around this property is small, and there are a handful of places to eat. If you want quiet, this is a good spot for you. There is a great grocery store in town for stocking food/dry goods. The view of the mountains is spectacular, and the roof top deck was perfect for stargazing. We had aspirations of using the hot tub, but we were here in June, and it was refreshing to enjoy the cool breezes on the deck at the end of a hot day of exploring. There is a ton of value, and we could not have stayed anywhere else with these amenities for this price. I am very grateful to have been able to spend time here with my family.
An amazing setup. Fully furnished cabin with plenty of space, washer and drier, full kitchen, wood stove, BBQ, and a hot tub. All private. Itâs a prefect family get away. Itâs way better than a hotel. Gorgeous views, and a great place to stay if youâre checking out Zion. The staff is super friendly and nice. We definitely recommend staying there and plan on staying there again.
We loved our stay here and wish we would have stayed longer but we were only passing through. We will definitely stay again, when we come back for Zion in the future. We arrived later than planned but received a message that the lights were turned on to make it easier to find. The house is very cute and they have thought of everything - wine upon arrival, food in fridge, filtered water, and even an introduction after we settled in. The hot tub on the top deck was just what we needed after a long day of hiking and being on the road. We highly recommend staying here!
What makes my place better than most is you are surrounded by mountains and have a great view of Canaan Mountain and I built the house/cabin to maximize your view with also real wood interior. And they plan to move the borders of Zions national park literally to my doorstep, thatâs why I called it Zion edge. Also there are trailheads less than 10 minutes away.
