We had a wonderful stay. Location was great-we flew into PIE and visited the beach and 2 vendor/farmers markets-perfect location between everything we did! The host was very responsive with a small issue. This property had everything we needed for a short girls’ trip and I would 100% recommend!

It was perfect all around

We loved staying in this beautiful house! The entire property was spotless, very private and peaceful. We appreciated a nice quiet neighborhood. Heated pool was a highlight, beautiful and well maintained. The location worked great for us, a quick drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Also many restaurants and entertainment nearby. The host was accommodating and efficient. We really enjoyed our quick getaway and will stay in this house again if we are in the area.

5 Stars We stayed here during a very traumatic and emotional time, and I can honestly say this home was a true gift. It offered us peace, comfort, and a quiet space to breathe when we needed it most.The house was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared — everything was spotless and exactly as described, with all the comforts of home. In a moment where nothing felt normal, this space gave us a sense of stability.The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made all the difference. We felt cared for, even from a distance.I’m so grateful this was the place we landed when life was anything but easy. I can’t thank the host enough and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again under better circumstances.

wish I could write a lengthy review here...First, communication with Tatiana was flawless, impeccable and very much attention to detail. Cant give enough credit to her for making our Holiday uber peaceful and rrelaxing without a care in the world except for my wife and I thoroughly enjoying our stay in this Special enclave within the Clearwater area. Being from the UK, we just wanted to harness the sun for the entire trip. House and pool was entirely gorgeous with every modern small and large convenience that you would find in your own home. And anytime we needed ANYTHING, Tatiana would always welcome us with a YES, WE CAN THIS OR THAT!.. For those that are avid Sun Seekers, there is no place within this pool area where you cant enjoy every ray of sun of possible. Accommodations were First rate with exceptional sound sleeping in any of the beds that were offered because we were looking for VERY FIRM MATTRESSES and it didn't disappoint at all. Again, I cant say enough for this wonderful GEM hidden within Clearwater as well as the EXCELLENT HOST for giving us much deserved peace and relaxation. I HIGHLY recommend this place as we are sure to book on our next visit to the Clearwater area. THANK YOU "T"
