Bienvenue à Tampa Bay! La maison est au centre de tout Tampa Bay et est à 1 heure 20 minutes d'Orlando. Cette maison comprend deux chambres d'hôtes, 1, 5 salles de bains, un salon et une salle familiale, une cuisine, une salle à manger, un bar et une véranda avec une grande piscine.

C'est dans un quartier de banlieue calme, à environ 40 minutes du centre-ville de Tampa, Clearwater et St. Pétersbourg.

Il y a deux chambres à coucher, 1. 5 salles de bains, une famille et un salon, une cuisine, une salle à manger et un bar avec évier. Une chambre est décorée sur le thème de la plage et s'ouvre sur la piscine chauffée et la véranda. L'autre a un thème de safari. Il y a une salle de bain complète située entre les chambres. Il y a un demi-bain près du bar.

En plus des chambres, il y a une salle familiale avec foyer et TV 3D 50 "avec XBOX One et plusieurs jeux que vous pouvez utiliser gratuitement. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont également à votre disposition pendant votre séjour. Il y a aussi une barre humide à partir de laquelle vous êtes libre de participer.

L'arrière-cour / véranda a une piscine chauffée et un bain à remous, des sièges à des tables pour 10, un jeu de fléchettes et une bouilloire au charbon de bois Weber pour les grillades et les barbecues.

Si vous louez une voiture, ne vous embêtez pas à payer un supplément pour un transpondeur Sunpass pour payer les péages, nous en avons un que vous pouvez utiliser.

La maison dispose d'un système de purification d'air UV.

Nous sommes situés dans un quartier calme près d'un terrain de golf, de courts de tennis, de location de kayaks au bord de l'eau, d'étangs, d'un sentier de randonnée et d'un YMCA. La maison est au cœur de nombreuses destinations de la région:

Environ 5 minutes: Upper Tampa Bay Park (Louez un kayak sur la baie!)

Environ 15 minutes: Big Cat Rescue, Airheads, aéroport international de Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Lowry Park Zoo.

Environ 30 minutes: Clearwater Beach, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Tabanero Cigars, Tampa Bay Aquarium, Columbia Restaurant, Seminole Casino, Busch Gardens, St. Pétersbourg

Vous serez à 1 heure 18 minutes d'Orlando.

Le lit dans la chambre Safari est "Queen". Le lit de la chambre Beach dispose d'un matelas «pleine grandeur». Donc, si vous êtes exceptionnellement grand, vos pieds peuvent ressortir un peu.

Nous préférons ne pas utiliser la maison comme lieu pour de grands rassemblements ou fêtes.

Il n'y a aucun frais pour les enfants de moins de 2 ans.

Great place for my girlfriend stay. Clean, pool, nice neighborhood. The owner provided fresh fruit and snacks and had plenty of kitchen and HBA products. We had a small problem, and the owner responded and resolved the issue immediately. Would stay here again.

Roach infestion

The house was beautiful but upon arrival we seen baby roaches. At night the adult roaches were everywhere. The house is infected with roaches. The garage area is extremely dirty. Keep you luggage closed and no food out. The pool was dirty and water level was low. Be careful eating or drinking anything the host leaves. My daughter tried a bottle of water and it was a bottle of vodka. She was sick for the first night of the trip. The front yards is over grown and needs some love.

B-day weekend

We came to stay for my lady friend and other friend's Bday too and we had a ball in the whole weekend. We enjoyed our stay and drank few of these bottles that owner provided us! Owner is very friendly dude!

Amazing

We thouroly enjoyed our vacation and time spent at this house! The home was beautiful, clean and very welcoming! From fresh fruit and champagne waiting for us on our arrival to the quick response of the host for any questions. The house is very well stocked, the outdoor area was perfect, we enjoyed dinner as a family, played giant connect four, spend many hours swimming is the pool and relaxed in the hot tub! If we vacation in Tampa again I would 10/10 rent this place again! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Great Location, great communication, great house and pool!

We had a great week long stay, we came from WA state so was a very long flight and day for us! House was very well set up and I’m completely shocked by how well stocked the pantry is for every day use! Even had zip lock bags. Aaron and his wife left us fresh fruit and a cake! I had some issues turning the hot tub on, I’m sure my jet lagged self just wasn’t understanding the directions and Aaron was so wonderful about it, I drained half the hot tub! So I called him immediately and he came out and showed me how to get it on and made me feel so comfortable about my mess up. He was so very kind and understanding and in no way did he make me feel bad for my mistake. I would in heart beat re-rent this house again. The kids loved the pool The AC went out while we were there and Aaron had a company out immediately to have it back on for us.

Best Rental I’ve Ever Stayed In

This home is beautiful and very well kept. It’s clear when someone takes pride in their home, and it’s obvious that the owners do. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and close to anything you may need. My group really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had, and left us with champagne, cookies, fruit and fresh milk in the fridge. We appreciated these little touches so much. This home was the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in, as well. Things like coffee, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. were readily available and easy to find. I am a clean freak and felt completely comfortable with the cleanliness of the home. The decor was fun and made the place feel very comfy. We hope to be back soon whenever we return to Tampa!

It was absolutely phenomenal! The best verbo I've ever stayed at!

Upon entering the property, it was clear... "this man really takes care of his verbos!" The house was clean, welcoming, and just overall cozy! The hot tub was warmed up and ready to go, also, I had a few small requests, and he went above and beyond with them! Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 12!!! Absolutely wonderful!

Like Home in Florida

I really enjoyed staying at this house. Check in was a breeze, the house was clean, comfortable, and spacious and stocked with things to make my time there even more enjoyable. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus, and I made good use of them. I felt very welcomed and honestly didn’t want to leave. Definitely renting here again.

room with pool had a week

Aaron was quick to respond from a couple questions with answers that mattered to us. He was pretty good at communicating overall. Arrived went ok. he had to fix main toilet so it would flush. Electronic issue. Ok! then he tells me the heat pump on pool is not adjusting temps down and its stuck at 104 degrees on the spa and 93 degrees on pool. Part is 800 bucks and 3 weeks out. The Spa was a must have and 99 is max temp for medical reasons. I asked prior to booking about temps. Things happen I get it, I will work around that issue, it might not be the best situation but we can handle it. Again electronic issues right. Next morning I start to make coffee and find coffee maker was full of mold because it was not cleaned out. Ok, It happens. Aaron did bring new coffee maker and Aaron did another temporary repair on bed frame to keep the broken sides from pulling out and dumping us on the floor. What an adventure. Hope he finds a new bed frame. I had a bag of ice Saturday so did not try to use ice dispenser on refrigerator. When we did the Ice maker did not dispense ice. Frozen up I guess from sitting? Yet upon attempt to clear it Sunday afternoon we found the dispenser was nasty with funk and mold, Moving on its going to work out. The Sliding glass door to pool was very hard to open with a completely worn track. I saw that mentioned in another review and thought Ok he has adjusted it or something if people complain about it.. But my wife was unable to open it. It was hard to move even for me. So, another work around on the door issue. The screens on the pool Lanai were pushed out on the bottom, again I asked about damage after Ian. Nope all is good he said. We have a service dog and paid extra for a Lanai just so we could have that extra little security that she was in a screen room when at the pool area with my wife. Other issues with this house in the kitchen and I left a list for Aaron. I really hate to keep going. I guess most renters don't care or just ignore the issues? I rent several properties a year and this is the first one removed from my "I'd stay again" list. House needs work and TLC and an exterminator would help too. If you read other reviews like I did and then this one at least you will not be surprised. Location was great. Neighborhood was nice. I wanted to like it as I need a rental couple times a year in the area. I just could not make myself accept it.

My son loved being able to swim whenever he wanted to. The property owners are very accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.

What a wonderful rental. Aaron and Sophia were great hosts and were always available if needed. The pictures does not do justice on how cute and welcoming this house is. The pool, hot tub and hammock were are favorite!

Tampa Weekend

We (4 women) came into town (from Philly) for a concert and wanted a place with a pool and hot tub. This house met our needs. Not fancy, but comfortable. It was well equipped with towels, sheets and kitchen stuff. It is in a nice location to Raymond James Stadium, Tampa airport, restaurants and about 20 minutes from the beaches. You do have to drive everywhere but it has lovely walking tails to take nice walks. Thank you Aaron

Pleasant stay

Aaron was very responsive in helping out with questions and needs, we enjoyed the stay, got to use the hot tub and pool on the sunny, warm days. The house was clean and was central to many needed stores/restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay, thanks!

Couldn’t have picked a better home and Host.

Upon arriving it was very home feeling, very clean, spacious and accommodating. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Aaron stayed in touch daily to make sure everything was going good with our stay and answered all our questions. I recommend this house to anyone visiting the Tampa area.

Didn't want to leave!

Aaron's home was wonderful and beautifully decorated. The check in was super easy and so was finding the home. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to literally everything we needed and to lots of attractions. We spent so much time in the spa/pool. (Hate the thought of going back up north to the cold!) Communication with Aaron was great and he responded quickly. As for supplies... He provided almost everything and he literally thought of everything! Would definitely book again if in Tampa! Thank you Aaron!

Weekend getaway

We were in town for a concert and had a blast at the house! We spent tons of time in the hot tub and outside in the coolness of the weather. We had plenty of space, and we were very comfortable!

Home from home

Aaron & Sophie were very gracious to offer their home to us for 2.5 months as we worked with our insurance company on fixing a water pipe break in our home. With two sitting areas and two bedrooms, it provided ample space for our family to be able to spread out and feel like we were not "visiting". Aaron also allowed us to utilize the office space, so I could continue to WFH during the pandemic. The pool was amazing for our daughter and helped to keep the "holiday house" a holiday. The patio area was very comfortable and included a charcoal grill for home-cooked BBQ. Aaron was very quick to respond to any questions or items that arose and was very understanding across our extended timeline. The property is a great one for a shorter stay if you'd like room to spread and a private pool, or longer if timeframes allow.
