It is completely renovated and newly furnished featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a captivating outdoor oasis. Step outside onto private patio, where you will find the ultimate entertainment area. Immerse yourself in the recently built private screened and heated pool and hot tub, perfect for those hot sunny days and those memorable poolside gatherings. The outdoor space is an entertainer's delight, providing ample room for grilling, dining al fresco, watching big screen TV (55") or simply enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. Extra wide 92ft corner lot provides guests with extra privacy in the outdoor space.

Located in the charming very quite and safe Harbor Bluffs neighbourhood, this home offers close proximity to, various amenities such as the Gulf beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping centers, county parks, the Pinellas Trail, recreational facilities, and much more. Take a short drive to the beautiful beaches, or explore nearby nature reserves. The Indian Rocks beach is located only 2.3 miles or 6 minutes drive. The closest area with restaurants, shops and stores is only 1 mile away.

The space
Home is tastefully furnished and accommodates up to 8 guests. Smart TV's are in all 3 bedrooms, living room and patio. We offer High Speed WiFi so you can stream your favorite shows any time you want.

LIVIN G ROOM:
Living room has 55in Smart TV, sectional sofa, coffee table, computer desk and chair.

KITCHEN
• Full kitchen with large island and two bar stools.
• Dripping coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
• We provide high chair for the little ones

DINNING ROOM
• large dining table for 6 people

BEDROOMS:
• Master bedroom - kings size bed, double bunk bed, 55in Smart TV and 3pc bath with shower.
• Second bedroom - queen size bed with 55in Smart TV.
• Third bedroom - queen size bed with 55in Smart TV.
• Each bedroom has a full closet.
• We provide pack and play bed for the little ones

BATHROOMS
• Two 3pc baths
• Shower in the ensuite
• Bathtub in the main bathroom

LAUNDRY
House has a washer and dryer in the laundry room for the guests to use

OUTDOOR AREA:
• Pool is heated at 87F (weather permitting). Pool heating schedule is 9:00am until 6:00pm.
• SPA is heated at 100F from 6:15pm- 11pm. For reliability and consistent operation, the pool system settings (including schedule and fountain features) are fixed during stays. The fountains are intentionally kept off to ensure smooth and stable operation of the equipment

• Weber Gas Grill is available in the backyard.
• Patio has a dinning table sitting 6
• Outdoor furniture (sofa, two chairs and coffee table) with big 55" screen TV.
• Additional patio furniture set with four chairs and coffee table and sun umbrella available outside of the screened area
• Pool is equipped with pool alarm system. By default it is in off mode. It is guest’s responsibility to turn the alarm on if entrance into the pool needs to be monitored.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella, drink cooler, beach towels.

PARKING
• Long driveway for two cars
• Garage is not for parking car purpose- Do not park in the garage please

GUEST ACCESS & SECURITY
Keyless entry is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
Our home has camera at front of the house ONLY, its for yours and our safety. No camera IN the house and on the patio and pool area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
1. We clean the house before each arrival for your comfort. Cleanliness is very important to us. Please respect the house and clean up after yourself.
2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, we would greatly appreciate it if you place the garbage bins at the curb the previous evening.
3. Yard cleaning is performed once per week. It is typically done on Fridays.
4. Pool maintenance is conducted on a weekly basis. It is typically done on Tuesdays. It is recommended to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes after pool maintenance is completed.
5. Please note we regularly spray the property for bugs and insects. To prevent bugs and insects coming into the house please keep the doors closed.
6. Our cleaning staff come at 10:00am please checkout on time.
