The Space:
This home is perfect for families and large groups. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Each room contains smart televisions and Wi-fi to stream movies. You'll find 4 Queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 pullout Queen bed and 1 futon for sleeping. Our beds have therapeutic mattresses to ensure a great night's rest while visiting Clearwater FL. There is a private fenced backyard that is great for relaxation and fun in the sun! Enjoy the private pool and Jacuzzi at your leisure. Lay pool side or enjoy lunch with the family at our outdoor dining table. This amazing Clearwater home also has outdoor games and nighttime lighting for your personal enjoyment!

Subsequent to our stay, we were sent a message, which I missed initially, stating we were getting charged a service fee for dog hair in the pool filter. We didn’t have a dog. I attempted to contact the host to straighten it out, but have gotten no responses

Great Thanksgiving weekend!

The place looked just as the pictures showed. The house was clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The backyard was well kept. We had a glitch with the hot tub heating, but Ashlee was very quick to respond and the heated pool more than made up for the hot tub glitch. The beds were very comfortable. A nice place for a family reunion!

Perfect house for a group of friends!

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and we all had so much fun! This house is so perfect. We were able to hang by the pool or we were close enough to clearwater beach to go out. Ashlee was super quick at responding and very nice! 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely loved this property from the pool to the bedrooms. The location was great, close to everything. Ashlee was awesome. She responded very quickly to answer any questions I had. I hated having to leave early due to hurricane Ian (flight cancelations). Wishing the best for everyone affected. I can't wait to return!

Clearwater Pool and Hot Tub

Overall a very beautiful property. Pool and Hot Tub were clean, outdoor seating was comfy, fun games and pool toys available. Bed's were made nice and bathrooms clean. More initial paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags would have been nice. Also, our group had plumbing issues most of our stay so not sure if this is common or we got unlucky. Ashlee was great at answering questions and sending maintenance to help with issues.

Great place for family getaway!

We had a small reunion of the immediate family here after not seeing each other for 2 years during COVID. It was such a great place for a family stay! There were 3 well outfitted rooms with TVs and comfy beds. The backyard with pool and hot tub were so fun and the kids and all the adults loved it! Two bathrooms with laundry made sure that we were all comfortable. Ashlee the host was really great to work with and super responsive. The only piece of constructive feedback is that the kitchen could be better outfitted (there was only one quality pan, no can opener, knives were dull and no sharpening steel, etc.) but I’m sure 5 minutes after this is posted, Ashlee will have that taken care of because she’s so on it!!

Paradise!

This is one of the best properties we have ever rented! The house is incredibly spacious and comes with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing us to prepare delicious meals with ease. Entertainment options are plentiful and cater to every age group, ensuring that everyone had something to enjoy. The house is beautifully decorated, both inside and out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our favorite feature was the pool and jacuzzi, where we spent countless hours relaxing and having fun. The outdoor area is perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. We also want to give a special shout out to Ashlee, the best host ever! She is extremely responsive and ensures that you have everything you need during your stay. Her attention to detail and dedication to her guests made our experience even more enjoyable. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait for our next visit to this wonderful property in Clearwater! Highly recommended!

Great House for the Value!

This cozy house was perfect for our small girls weekend. We did come in right after a tropical storm so there were a few minor inconveniences to overcome but, Ashlee was super quick to respond and helpful with any issues or questions that we had. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay which was a bummer but didn’t take away from the homes charm & other amenities! We did need to purchase a couple of power strips there weren’t very many available outlets throughout the home for charging phones or hair styling for hot tools etc. for how many the house slept. Again, not an issue just be prepared. The kitchen was readily stocked with utensils, cooking, and servingware. The mattresses on all the beds were amazing quality. We all had a great nights sleep. The decor, plus the updated features of the home really made you feel like you were at home. Would definitely recommend!

Live and learn

The property was a ok but a little disappointing for us. Location wasn’t the best but live and learn. The rugs in the bathrooms needed washed or replaced and the washing machine dial was broke but we made due. The electrical of the house had issues of flickering when you turned on the kitchen sink. Several plug ins were broken and had been screwed in too tight and smash outlets in the walls in master bedroom. No where to hang up a hand towel in either bathroom. Pool was agreed to be kept at 80 degrees and never came close so didn’t get to use pool. The hot tub cover is literally falling apart. The kitchen is not what I would call stocked and the indoor griddle was unusable and should be thrown in the trash.

Unfortunately we are not able to change the weather, we would have loved for you to be able to enjoy the pool but surprisingly we had rain and cold weather during your stay: We apologize that the griddle was not up to your standards and the outlet covers were screwed in to tight for your liking. We will definitely look into this issues. The neighborhood is a super cute family neighborhood, we are sorry you didn’t feel the same. Maybe a hotel would have fit you and your group better. Perfect for our group trip!

We had a group of 8 adults traveling together for our friends' wedding in Dunedin, FL. This property checked all the boxes we were looking for with location, size, & amenities! With the 3 bedroom accommodations, we had more than enough room for 8 adults. Having two bathrooms was a bonus because there was never a wait. The dining room, living room & backyard all had ample seating so we never felt squished or on top of each other. The location was ideal. Most of the places we wanted to go see were a 10-20 minute drive from the house. Restaurants, beach, Target, cute coffee shops, etc. Distance to Tampa airport was about 25 minutes, but wasn't too bad because of the beautiful, scenic drive. You can tell that this house was put together with all the details in mind. We appreciated all of the technology throughout, such as the security system and electronic locks. It brought some reassurance while traveling to a city we've never been to before. Each room has a remote to control the lights/fans. Efficient washer and dryer, all the kitchen gadgets and tools you could need. The backyard was a huge selling point for us, since we knew we'd have a few days of downtime. Pool, hot tub, patio, umbrella, outdoor shower, toys, mood lighting, etc. Plus, plenty of pool specific towels so we didn't have to dip into the bath towels. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for groups/large families! Ashlee was a great host, that was quick to respond to my questions from the point of reserving to throughout our entire stay. Thanks again!

Location and price great value!

We (party of 10—4 adults and 6 kids—two families) stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It is a charming home, beautifully decorated, well updated, well cared for and conveniently located to airport, zoo, aquarium, beach, Target, breweries and more! We booked for the price, pool and proximity to many of our activities and in this way it did not disappoint. The home is tucked into a nice, quiet neighborhood. Ashlee, the host was very helpful and super quick to respond via text to any question we had. The host provided 10 bath towels, beach towels, plenty of hand towels and wash cloths, 3 laundry pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, fully stocked shampoo/conditioner/body wash, several rolls of paper towels, well stocked kitchen pots/pans/dishes/silverware for our needs (mainly breakfast and snacks). Overall, we were very pleased with the rental and would highly recommend it as long as guests know that they have to pay extra to heat the pool. The two things we would consider as an improvement would be: 1. a vanity style sink in the bathroom/laundry room area as it would be more comfortable and easy (thinking kids for washing hands and brushing teeth. It is currently a utility sink. 2. Upfront cost to have pool heated. We had assumed the advertised heated pool would be ready to use upon arrival. We were notified a day or so before our arrival that it was an additional fee to heat the pool. It was 76 degrees when we arrived. A couple kids took the plunge but the majority of the group thought it was too cold to enjoy. This was a bummer as it was something we all looked forward to using. It is a lovely, clean pool with floats, toys, etc just colder than what we expected the advertised “heated pool” to be. By the time our group decided to pay for the pool to be heated, it never reached the 90 degrees we were told it would heat to. We were grateful to Ashley as she tried to help us get things warmer but it just wasn’t happening. She did not end up charging us for the attempt to heat it up and was very helpful and responsive as we tried. Consider the additional cost of heating the pool if you are expecting to use it. The hot tub was set to the low 90s and older but the kids enjoyed it. It would have been a very cozy fit for us four adults to use with the kids or solo. The friends we traveled with have an I ground pool and were surprised that there was no pool cover (would help retain heat) as well as a remote way to start pump/heater.

This is the perfect property for the price. It's very close to Clearwater Beach and all the restaurants and shops has a nice size pool and a hot tub to enjoy. Beds are very comfortable. I'd recommend anyone in the Clearwater area

Great for family trip

We stayed at this super adorable, well decorated home just minutes away from Clearwater beach, but also within 30 mins of all the other beaches and St John’s pass. We had 4 adults and two teens and there was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of beach towels and shower towels to go around. Pool was a great way to enjoy the night along with the hot tub. Would def stay again.

Large Family Gathering, Spring Break 2022

The property is an excellent choice for a large group gathering near both Clearwater Beach and Tampa. Our group included 6 adults and 5 children. The house is very nicely designed and maintained.. The pool and hot tub are wonderful places to gather and relax outside when not on the go. There is an added daily charge for electricity if you choose to have the pool heater on during your stay. The neighborhood is nice and secure.

Our Exeperience

The house was very clean and the yard was well manicured. Although the add advertised heated pool and jaccuzzi, the pool was to cool for us and jaccuzzi was not usable at first. I guess they were not up to our expectations! The manager was very nice and tried to fix anything we had problems with. Would we stay there again? To soon to tell!

Very nice house.

House was very clean, and had a lot of amenities that other rentals do not come with. Easy communication with the property manager and beautiful decor make for a great time at this location.
