Enjoy this stylish bungalow fully furnished and upgrades with modern decor, located in the Holly neighborhood, one of East Austin's trendiest neighborhoods. One story home with complete privacy fence and a zen front yard to enjoy the sun, a good book and your beverage of choice. Easy access and very close to downtown, East 6th St, minutes from Lady Bird (Towne) Lake hike and bike trail, and restaurants/coffee shops/bars/food trucks galore. Everything at your fingertips for an enjoyable stay!

Nest thermostat easy to control for comfortable temps in summer or winter
Entire home including washer/dryer, backyard with grill. Parking inside the fence gate.

Quiet neighborhood, but yet close to all the action of the hip East side! Mix of old original bungalows with new modern homes. Amazing restaurants. Easy access to Downtown, Rainey St, UT Campus, East Riverside, and S Congress. The Austin Convention Center is only 5 mins (1 mile). The Austin Bergstrom Intl Airport is 10-15 minutes (6 miles) from the house. Great location!
Very walkable/bikeable neighborhood. Easy to grab an Uber/Lyft or scooter. 5 min walk to bus lines and the light rail.
Please be respectful and keep outdoor noise levels at a reasonable volume and respect quiet hours as courtesy to the neighbors.
