The Space:
This unit is the front unit on the property. Private entrance, parking, and front yard. Brand new sauna for 6 people and a cold plunge!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to full home of Unit A (Front Entrance). The garage is not accessible to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Great location in Central East Austin. Very low key neighborhood, close proximity to Downtown and the UT campus.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.

Fireworks are not allowed.

Sauna Rules:
Sauna use fee is $25 per stay once used.
Use the sauna at your own discretion.
Sauna (and property) use is for registered guests only.
Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication may cause unconsciousness.
Do not touch a working heater/stones, it causes burns. Do not move or remove stones. Stones are set in a manner to heat and steam optimally ($500 fee).
No glass, alcohol, or smoking in the sauna ($500 fee).
No food or beverages other than water ($500 fee). Other items can stain the surfaces.
No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision.
Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on).
Do not cover the heater—this causes a fire hazard.
Never make steam by using a water hose.
No use of sauna fragrances and oils permitted.
Sauna doors should always open outward.
