The “RiNo Party Palace” property is a fun, spacious smart-home which can sleep up to 30 guests. Rates are based on occupancy, which includes anyone who will be entering the property at any point during your stay. We welcome non-advertised, private events as long as they are approved prior to booking.

Super prime location in the RiNo Art District, just a short walking distance to the best bars, restaurants, breweries, dispensaries and nightlife in the city.

Looking to stay less than 3 nights and/or have less than 12 guests in your party? Please inquire prior to booking, as we typically have a 3-night minimum and also a 12-guest minimum-stay requirement on most weekends in peak season.

Denver’s first park (Curtis Park) is directly across the street, providing the “biggest front yard ever”, boasting tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, outdoor stationary bbq grills, and kids’ playground.

Private hot tub is located outside the living room doors in a private gated area.

The home includes a charcoal grill. You’ll need to provide the charcoal and lighter fluid, etc.

Interested in hiring a Private Chef? Ask about our “Culinary Parties” which include private chef, private mixologist/bartender, and your very own in-home party coordinator. Not your typical private chef experience as the focus is not just on food but also fun.

Multiple-course Chef’s tasting menu, THC-infused options, wine pairings, and Bloody-Mary-bar-equipped brunch service are the most popular options among our larger groups.

Codes for the smart-lock keypads are changed after each group for guest safety.

Street parking is available, however please observe parking signs as we are not responsible for violations.
