Hot Tub/Pool:
We wanted to clarify that this is not a typical hot tub but rather a heated stock tank pool, which functions differently. Unlike a standard hot tub, it doesn't have traditional "jets." Instead, there's a pump that operates on a timer to circulate the water. The pool doesn't operate in the winter. The stock tank pool is 3ft deep - it fits 2-4 people.
Rank One Stays offers 24/7 virtual concierge service to support you with check-in, answer questions, and assist you with your needs. We also maintain a dedicated team of local staff, available for any in-person assistance you may require. Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, weâll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
We offer two propane refill options:
Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval â Additional Fee)
Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.
Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)
Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
Filtered Water
We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the waterâthey primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.
