Welcome to Meadow's Edge! This gorgeous cabin is a short stroll to Nelson Farm; home to a all-season resort activities and park. The main home is 2,142 sf and includes three bedrooms + loft with sleeper sofa. The 580 sqft ADU studio above the garage has a private entrance and bathroom. Experience nature at its best, from elk grazing in your backyard to stunning sunrises with your morning coffee or a quiet evening with a glass of wine at the fire pit.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Cabins at the Farm in Suncadia Resort - This Scandinavian inspired community is located in Suncadia's Nelson Preserve and just a short walk from The Nelson Farm. The historic Nelson Farm hearkens back to an earlier, simpler time in Washington State’s great heritage. Once the dairy farm of Bob Montague and family, the property retains its original 1890s farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables — which now create a charmingly rustic backdrop for axe-throwing, crafts, Friday night movies and more. It now features a brand new playground, bike pump track and restrooms too!

5. The studio apartment above the garage sleeps 4 with 2 lofted Twin beds and 1 Queen Bed

Suncadia Resort is located off of Exit 80 on I-90. Follow signs to the resort entrance on Bullfrog Road.

The property can accommodate 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage. There are limited extra community parking stalls near by. Please plan accordingly.
