ENTERTAINMENT:
You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV with Dish, Sonos Sound Bar, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!

Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio, a private bath with dual sinks, a walk-in tile shower and a large tub.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus room features 2 twin beds, a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
* On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
* The main floor has a powder bath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The Owners of Rocking Chair Retreat have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed.**

Wonderful and relaxing!

The sectional couch is amazing and so cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and we had fun in the game room and on the pickleball courts.

Excellent Property

We very much enjoyed the open and inviting nature of the property. Extremely clean and tidy, with everything you may need for a long weekend. We loved the outdoor fire pit and patio!

Fantastic stay, surprisingly private being on the golf course.

The home is beautiful and well appointed, the hot tub was a bit low and needed some cleaning. The game room in the garage was fun and appreciated. We were unable to get into the resort restaurant, We ended up eating at Logan's in Roslyn and watching an outdoor movie a the park. Excellent dinner and a fun time. Highly recommend. Dan

Perfect getaway

We rented this property to spend time together as a family of 3 generations. It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely come back in the future. We loved that we could be secluded in the house, but also that the the trails, resort restaurants/wineries were a walk or drive away. We enjoyed that it had ample space, children’s amenities (pack n plays, stroller, bikes, dishes), and plenty for the adults to do as well (board games, pool, ping pong, corn hole, firepit). The property manager was also very responsive. Note: highly recommend bringing bug repellant and aloe! We enjoyed the outdoor space but had to purchase a candle to keep the insects away.

Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful & quiet. Our family had a great time there & at Suncadia. A few things could’ve been better, we were all prepared to grill our dinner, then the propane tank was empty so we couldn’t. The garage was freezing, where they keep the games to play like ping pong & shuffle board, one of the reasons we chose it, could use a heater in there. And there is nowhere to hang any clothing in the master suite.

Beautiful Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing family vacation at the Rocking Chair Retreat. The house is gorgeous. The kitchen was fabulous with every thing you could possibly need. My only suggestion would be to have a list of the kitchen tools and utensils you provide. I brought my own knives, garlic press, ladles, soup pot, crock pot and large serving bowls I would need to feed our large group because I had no idea what to expect. Comfortable seating in the garage would have be a nice addition, so people could hang out there more comfortably. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the home and the location. There was just a couple of things that could have made it better. Not all of the burners on the cook top were working. As a matter of fact, only half of them worked. Also, the vent for the cooktop did not work at all. Also, the closet in the primary room was locked. There was no useable closet in the primary bedroom whatsoever. I realize everyone needs to lock up some kind of space for privacy, but not in the primary bedroom. I loved the area is we have friends that live on the same road. Grandkids and kids enjoyed it.
