Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tipple Hill has a great location! We arrived for the Christmas season, there was a tree lit up as we entered! The friendly invitation to enjoy the holidays was present! With the 17” of snow during our stay, the holidays were magical! The house is maintained well and has lots of space for a multi family retreat! The amenities in the home were great from the kitchen , to the rec room to the fire pit and hot tub! A great spot for anyone to enjoy!

Everything was great: Close to the winery, numerous paths, ice rink, shuttle service. The inside was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The Christmas tree was a plus. On the morning before checking out, we were surprised to see a herd of elk grazing on the golf course!

Beautiful Home for our Family Birthday Celebration!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at the Tipple Hill Retreat to celebrate a 50th birthday and it was simply delightful! The location was perfect, the home was open, warm and welcoming, and the amenities (firepit, grill, hot tub and game room) were perfect for a fun gathering. We had to do a bit of wiping down when we arrived due to some large spider/cobwebs in the corners of a few of the low windows near seating, as well as the outdoor furniture, which was quite dusty) and a few areas of the home have fallen into some disrepair (a bathroom towel bar that was off the wall and propped in a corner, kitchen drawers that are difficult to open/close, torn slider window screens and sliding doors that are a challenge to open and close, etc.), and a few beds listed as "queen" are actually "full" sized -- but in the grand scope of our stay, they were minor inconveniences compared to the delightful property, and kind and attentive property management staff. I recommend more accurately reflecting the bed sizes in the property description, and guests would certainly appreciate some maintenance on some of the above items for their hard-earned money -- but I would definitely stay at Tipple Hill Retreat again in the future!

Lovely property, well stocked, exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds. Easy check-in and communicative hosts. As convenient as anywhere in Suncadia (which can be a mixed bag since it’s a bit disconnected from other shops/services) but you know that is what you are signing up for when you go there. If time at Suncadia is what you want, this is a great choice.

Great Stay with Fun Amenities

Me and a group of 14 guys booked this stay for my bachelor's and we had an amazing time. It's right next to several golf courses and the nearby sports courts were great. The stay had everything we needed and some more, like a hot tub and game room.

Boys golf trip

We had a great time in the house! It’s perfectly located for a golf trip and had enough beds for everyone in the group. My only negative about the place is the windows don’t have blinds, so it got very bright at 5am and made it hard to sleep in back the a** crack of dawn. Other than that, it checked off every box you could hope for!

Long weekend getaway

House was beautiful and functional, and the propertyy management was very reaponsive to any questions we had before and during the stay.There were lots of warnings about being outside after 10pm (neighbors filing noise complaints that turn into fines), so the firepit had a more limited usefulness. But overall the stay was fantastic.

Amazing experience

There were 5 families who went on this trip. Kids enjoyed their time in the garage/play room and outside (snowed a lot), adults enjoyed hot tubs and fire pit. House was very clean as well. For future visitors, there was no cooking oil.

A fun time by all

We had 14 in our family group. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary together as a family. The home allowed us plenty of space together. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make delicious meals. The surrounding area was a great playground for hiking, tennis, swimming at Lake Easton and mountain biking. We so enjoyed the use of this great property.

Great place for Multi-Generational Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had guests spanning 3 generations and we all had a great time. The property was clean and well-maintained, had everything which was described and had lot of activity options in and around the property. Few things which were a little underwhelming for us and can be improved (1) Lot of policies were very restrictive and had fines listed all around the house (2) Kitchen could have been more well stocked considering the property is marketed for a maximum of 18 guests (3) There were lot of bunk beds for kids which are not suitable for aged guests. The property should be listed with info on maximum adults and maximum children (not just maximum guests of 18 (4) Only 1 bed was king size and also was not the most sturdiest of beds.
