Such a cute cozy apartment with an adorable neighborhood. We stayed one night on our way to South Padre in San Antonio and it was lovely. Great stay! Spacious apartment .clean. Very accommodating!

Tried to contact the host three times. The couch was broken, which is also the hide a bed . So we had to go buy an air mattress due to the couch being broken and not able to be slept on. And had to buy bug spray because unit was full of gnats. Everything reported to vbro because host never answered me !

Parking was easy and secure as well as pet friendly. There was absolutely no communication with the host as we messaged them multiple times but there was no reply. We couldn’t even watch tv due to their only being one remote. The inside was absolutely filthy as we had to wash every pot and pan before we even used it. The bed sheets were not washed and had Cheeto dust from previous visitors. The bed was not at all comfortable and was extremely loud. Overall the cleanliness was not worth it. The shower mat was wet from whomever was there before us and left the restroom smelling weird. The floors were absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned or mopped properly.

As many other reviews have stated, the host did not communicate whatsoever. It wasn't clear what to do about parking since the signs made it seem like we were supposed to pay, but when we followed the instructions, it asked for a guest code which we didn't have. Ultimately, we weren't towed or ticketed, but it made us a little uncomfortable.I would say that this apartment is well suited for two people, definitely not four. The "pull out sofa" was not your standard kind like in hotels. Either we couldn't figure it out or it was broken.All of the furniture seemed pretty cheap.Pros: It was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, shampoo, etc. The neighborhood was quiet.

Parking was horrible until we figured out we could park in parking ramp. There was signs saying you needed a parking permit to park there. It took us an hour to get things figured out. Called VRBO, the gentleman on the phone tried calling the owner 3 times with no answer. He sent them an email with my number to call me to figure out parking. They never called me. Save yourself the headache, park in parking ramp.

This is a beautiful place but unfortunately the cleaning crew does NOT do a good job in cleaning.The place was dusty and dirty! It seemed like the place was NOT cleaned after the previous guest checked out! There were dirty used towels left out and I have pictures to prove it! Besides the television not having any service, the bed was absolutely horrible! It was too small and NOT comfortable at all! I Besides, there is no host communication at all and all messages were just ignored.

Pros - the host provides pot/pans, plates, etc. The location is nice and close to downtown and HEB (grocery shopping). There is soap for hands, body and shampoo/conditioner provided. Cons - the place was dusty and needed to be swept. The host was messaged to report the concerns of the cleanliness, a hole in the wall in the bathroom and to inquire about parking as there is minimal information provided about whether or not we needed to pay for it or if we could just leave the vehicle without having to pay. There is a key access to the garage but it was difficult to find and wasn’t sure if we were in the correct location. The host never responded to our message.

There was zero communication with the host. All of my messages were ignored.The place was not clean.The furniture and bed were extremely uncomfortable. ThIt was listedas on th Riverwalk. It isnot.The VRBO agent was very helpful though

We loved it, we stay one night at this Cozy apartment, its' feel like i am home. Everything is clean and our host Mr. Sandy is very helpful. Location is fantastic- you can visit river walk or any shopping mall fast and easy. We visited our portents so this time we do have any plan to go anywhere else but we loved the community , specially your restaurant walking distance from your apartment.

The apartment was decorated very nicely. The place was clean and comfortable. I would have liked more wash clothes but there was a washer/dryer so I did some laundry as needed. Great host, great stay.

Really nice and convenient

Great place to stay, super clean, great area. Everything was great. Signs for parking right outside were just a little confusing - seems like you may need to register and/or pay but not a big deal.

Perfect stop over

We were traveling cross country from Oregon to Florida and this was a great stopover. Perfect for what we needed. I had a question about parking (signs said permits required but host clarified not to worry about it) and got a response immediately to help put my mind at ease. A great experience.
