Have your morning coffee or meal at the window bar that has a Direct View of the Riverwalk. This quaint 1 bedroom apartment has Direct Views, from all of the windows, of the Riverwalk. It sits right on the Riverwalk & is in the heart of Downtown. You will be within walking distance of experiencing the culture, cuisine, shopping & entertainment. So much to do, so feel free to extend your stay & take it all in!

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

Very cute charming apt. Close to anything you could possibly need. View was great, but the best thing about this place I think was the bed. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
Love lock bridge was very cool and just behind the building.

The decorative space and close proximity to the River Walk.We cleaned the dishes and put the bath towel in the tub. We also locked the door on the way out.

My husband and I were traveling for pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked for us. Beautiful old building. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Location was great, small coffee shop steps away (what more could you ask for). Outside conversations were heard late into night. But that’s the city. Would stay again.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—convenient, peaceful, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The room itself was beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. The dĂ©cor strikes the perfect balance between stylish and cozy, creating such a relaxing vibe.One of the highlights for us was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days out and about. We woke up refreshed every morning, which is such an underrated luxury when traveling.Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. This apartment is super cute and clean! Love the view! It’s in a great location. We found free street parking close by. People can be a bit noisy on the patio but I put my earbuds in and it was fine. The host is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Beautiful view, great restaurant just downstairs

Beautiful view. Great patio area, building residents are really friendly. Short walk on the Riverwalk to La Villita and the Rivercenter (Downtown Shopping Mall) area. However, the resturant on street level of the building, La Mexicana is some of the best and most authentic food... get the Barbacoa tacos and a can of Big Red, its also open for breakfast.

Beautifully decorated, lovely place to stay. The property was very clean. I only have two complaints. One , the noise on the street with racing cars and loud talking individuals was very loud when we tried to sleep at 11 PM. Two , we were left with one chocolate and three decaf coffee pods (no regular) so we were unable to enjoy coffee before we headed out in the morning. A little upsetting as I really enjoy my coffee. Overall, I would rate an 8. Very quaint place to stay!

STOP SEARCHING!! STAY HERE!!

Hands down the best of the best! The views are gorgeous. The apartment is cozy and well stocked with all you need. We had groceries delivered and cooked a few meals at home. The bed is super comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is PRIME! Historic area with easy access to the Riverwalk. There’s a wedding chapel and a Love Lock bridge right outside and we enjoyed seeing all the couples. The building is secure and very quiet. Definitely eat at La MEXICANA on the street level. Easy access to everything just walking around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
