The location of this property was excellent. The place was so cute. It does have a fair amount of street noise so plan on using the ear plugs or bring a sound machine.

The property is beautiful & nicely decorated. If you are expecting a quiet retreat; this is not the place. We stayed one night & experienced: late night car drag racing until after 1amCT, early morning hourly church bells ringing & the heavy smell of smoke from a neighbor determined the low stars for this property. Additionally, there is no onsite parking. We parked 2 blocks away overnight & walked to the property. During the day, the area is fine, but at night… it’s a very busy & noisy area. Be aware!

That said, we have not received other reports from guests of late-night drag racing, hourly church bells, or smoke being an issue during their stays. While occasional neighborhood noise or activity can happen, especially when booking a downtown property in any major city, these are not experiences that have been commonly reported by our guests. Regarding parking, our listing provides a clear description of the parking situation and explains that there is no onsite parking, including the available nearby parking options. The location of this apartment was perfect for our trip! Walkable to everything we wanted to see, and right on the river walk. It was a bit loud when the Spurs won a playoff game during our stay and there was a parade of cars honking down Market St all night, but the host kindly provided earplugs for the noise (and obviously there’s nothing they could do about the car parade outside!). We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very nice. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was the fact that the entire complex smelled like weed. It was so strong from the moment you walk in the front lobby throughout the whole complex. Luckily, the room had a decent air freshener.

Room was very clean. The building smelled pretty bad outside the room. There is a show that is very loud at 9pm every night. It only lasts an hour but it is very loud. Location is great and I wasn’t in the room during the show so for the most part was unbothered. Great stay!

This is a fabulous property that is very central and easy to get to things. I ran along the river walk every day and I was attending a conference at the convention center and it was easy to get there. Highly recommend

The online description was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. It has a good location near the Riverwalk and was convenient for the Final Four game we attended at the Alamodome. Beautiful lighting in the apartment as well - very bright and sunny which we enjoyed!

Perfect home away from home in San Antonio. Walkable distance to everything. All instructions were clear and suggestions for parking appreciated. Beautiful home. Thoughtful little knickknacks and cute decor. Will stay again.

Vintage and cozy!

I personally love vintage buildings and this building oozed perfect vintage! It was cozy and it felt right at home! It was super clean and the way it was decorated was just superb! The bed was so comfortable that we just slept through the whole night without any tossing and turning! This page is a must for any couple!

Perfect for a weekend for two!

Husband and I were in town for concerts at the Aztec theater and chose this apartment for the weekend. It was so convenient being in walking distance to everything. The decor was perfect to brighten up the space and the music on arrival was a lovely touch. 10/10

Great Stay on the River in San Antonio

Wonderful time in San Antonio. This apartment was just as promised. So cute and cozy- perfect for my husband and me. Very comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and roomy bathroom. Easy walk to the Riverwalk, the Alamo and Historic Market Square. Angela was a great host and promptly answered all my questions.

Quaint near RiverWalk

Loved the eclectic decor overlooking the city. Immaculate.Parking was expensive at public parking lot and unloading was a little complicated with the inclement weather.It was great for 2 of us. Tight quarters, but nice use of space. Loved being so close to River walk a views of the city.I would recommend especially for a shorter stay with much to do locally.

Thank you. Just to mention, this space is much larger than a standard hotel room that you could book in the area. It comes with a separate living room and a kitchenette which is not included in a typical hotel stay. This property is directly on the Riverwalk and you will not find this much space without paying double or triple the price on the Riverwalk. I have had families of 4 stay in the space quite comfortably
