Welcome to your dream beach getaway in Holden Beach, NC! This spacious house is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the ocean. With a private pool, tiki bar, patio, 4 balconies, beautiful views, and gas grill, you'll have everything you need for outdoor fun and entertainment.

Located in the exclusive Pointe West Community, you'll have access to private & public community beach access (a quick 3-minute walk), an intracoastal waterway trail, and a day dock. Enjoy views of the marsh, wildlife (herons, egrets & deer), boats passing by on the waterway, and taking in the ocean breeze. Enjoy swimming in the pool at night with beautiful colored pool lights. Enjoy all the island views from the many covered porches and the screened-in porch off the master on the main floor.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and multiple bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Relax in the cozy living room equipped with a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of fun in the sun. Spread out and enjoy watching tv upstairs in a second living area including a pull-out couch. All bedrooms have smart TVs. All bathrooms have double vanities. A tankless water heater means no fear of cold showers with a house full of family and friends! A private walk to the beach access is directly across from the house. Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, laundry & dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand towels. Your beds are pre-made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket. While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Each guest will also be provided a towel and washcloth.

Located near the ocean, this home is ideal for water enthusiasts. Enjoy activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Play pickleball and basketball at the park. Explore nearby attractions, including restaurants, cinemas, and shopping outlets, golf, and the ropes course and zipline tour at the swamp park. Also enjoy summer concerts and seasonal programs put on by parks & rec.

Awesome Rental

This is one of the few homes where pictures do not do it justice. The view of the marsh walking in for the first time stunned us! The home is clean, bright, incredibly well-stocked, and we found all beds comfortable. Ample space in every bathroom. There is a bit of a walk down a shaded/gravel trail to the dock which we enjoyed for fishing, paddle boarding, and even rented jet skis and a pontoon boat to load and launch from the ICW. Although this home isn't beachfront, the walks to either the private beach entrance (has stairs) or the public one (fully ramp) were very easy and convenient. The home also provides pool noodles, games, and beach gear including a nice shade, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs. There are hoses to rinse feet and gear under the front steps as well as on the pool deck, and one of the nicest outdoor showers we've had. We enjoyed the grill and poolside Tiki Bar, although flies do too. Would recommend bringing some fly traps if you plan to use the outdoor areas for eating, and a trash bag. I want to give a special thanks to Vacasa and to the home owners for working with us to resolve a pool issue we had on our stay - we weathered Tropical Storm Chantal during our visit and the pool pump was down for several days after, rendering the pool unfit for use. While we did miss a few days of pool time, we feel that our experience was important to the company and the home owners and are very happy with the customer service we received! One final note - because of the amazing windows and views, the sunrise is quite bright (and early)! If you have folks in your party who hope to sleep in, consider bringing blankets or some travel-room darkening options with you. Highly, highly recommend this home!
