Welcome to our beachfront retreat on the picturesque shores of Holden Beach, NC, where sun-kissed days and gentle waves await! Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, our beach house offers the perfect coastal escape.

Step directly onto the sandy shores and savor the breathtaking views of the ocean right from your doorstep.

Spacious and Comfortable: This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home provides ample space for 10-12 guests, ensuring everyone's comfort.

Panoramic Views: Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy stunning sunsets over the horizon from the front deck and upper balcony.

Modern Amenities: Our beach house is equipped with all the conveniences you need, including smart TVs, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, salt water pool, extended deck, and an outdoor shower!

Family Friendly: Boating, fishing and hiking the island are very popular activities. There are plenty of shells for those interested in shell hunting. There are over 125 superb golf courses located within an hour drive of the island. The island is a sea turtle habitat and during the hatching season (May - October) those who don't mind staying up late can witness one of nature's most interesting pleasures - watching hundreds of small sea turtles "boil" out of the sand and marching to the ocean.

The house was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The amenities were great! Beautiful view of the beach, quiet neighborhood and the deck area was perfection. We didn't get to partake in the pool because of the weather, but it was an awesome feature. The kitchen had everything you need.The owner was so sweet! I highly recommend!!

The house was great with the new decks and pool. Lovely breezes while on the side deck or cooling off sitting on the deck facing the beach - best of both worlds! Location is perfect.

This property is simply lovely. Everything is top notch here! We enjoyed cooking in the upgraded kitchen and swimming in the lovely pool! Kim is an attentive host who ensures guests are comfortable and provided for!

We couldn't have asked for more than what this property offers. Everything from ease of going to the beach, to the full kitchen, to the spectaculor views were amazing! The pool was the pearl of it all!

Perfect beach vacation

We absolutely LOVE this house at Holden Beach, it is a great property, this is our third time at the house, 2022, 2023 and 2025. We went elsewhere in 2024 (missed booking house in time), going elsewhere made us realize what a gem Holden Beach and this house are. A great property that has had some major improvements that make it even better. My family, kids & grandkids LOVED the addition of the pool! It is the perfect addition to being at the beach, especially with the shallow area for my preschool grandkids. We are planning to return next year again, after years of searching for the perfect place, we found it! Thank you for sharing your house!

Beautiful Beach House

This house is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. The location is great with the access to the beach right by the house. We had a couple of questions and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great views!

Our family enjoyed a great week in this home. The location is great with wonderful views and close and easy access to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our family very well. We had no issues, but reached out with a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay in this home again and recommend it to others.

Just bring your bathing suit

Everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen. Kim's attention to detail is around every corner. And the access to beach was so easy for my elderly Mom. So enjoyed our stay. We will be returning. Thank you Kim!

Perfect location

We loved staying here this week. The house is on a corner lot next to the stairs to the beach. The beach is not crowded in this area. There are 2 perfect decks looking out at the water. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View

This is a comfortable house that has the most amazing views of the beach, the sunset and the sunrise. The house was easy to find on the island and had plenty of parking on-site. We spent a lot of time on the decks soaking up the gorgeous views and listening to the waves!

Great location!

We loved the location of this house! The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice furniture. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking space. Owner is great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return!

The ocean views along with the location of this property were simply perfect. If you want peace and serenity, you will want to stay here. The owner was terrific to work with before, during and after. If could give 10 stars, I would!

Location is perfect

The location and ease of walking back and forth to the beach with kids was perfect! We were told before check in updates were taking place. The dust from construction was terrible and on everything. It could have used a good wipe down before we arrived. Other than that it was a great week away and the host was very responsive.

Sweet oceanfront home for families

This is such a precious home! We loved the location and the accommodations. We love to cook at home instead of eating out and this home was well stocked in the kitchen- which is great!! The rooms are really well set up and beautiful. We had 5 adults, a 12 year old and 5 year old. Everyone was comfortable and loved the rooms! It was awesome waking up everyday and having a cup of coffee watching the waves. The home is so close to the beach, the children could run out to the beach while we watched them from the front porch. We had two unique situations and the owners were so responsive and helpful! The first situation they responded quickly and together we remedied the problem and all was good! The second situation was our 5 year old left his favorite slippers behind. We contacted the owners, and they coordinated with housekeeping. His slippers are in the mail to us! This is the best home for a small family getaway. Great home and great homeowners!

Fantastic View, Great Vacation

Everyone was happy with this house. The view of the beach and ocean from the porch, kitchen, living room, and upstairs master is second to none, the walkway over the dunes is right in front of the house. Comfy beds, very clean, large dining table for games and dining. A couple of minor house issues but nothing that took away from our enjoyment of the trip. Only takes a few minutes to get to groceries, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Beaches and Cream was worth the wait. Dock Side restaurant has a great view and we enjoyed the food. 40 minute drive to Calabash (Captain Nance’s and Callahan’s Nautical Gift Shop) was worth the drive. The whole family loved the little sandbar island and the giant tide pool it creates. We also enjoyed several walks down to the inlet as the tide was going out to collect seashells. We will be back!

Great Location over Easter Week

This is our second time staying in Summer Breeze while on vacation, but with a different owner. The location of the house is perfect in every way. There are fabulous ocean views from almost every window. The inside of the house appeared very clean upon arrival. Our family arrived after 5 pm (checkin is after 4 pm). Once we got inside we found dirty linens, both towels & sheets, in the washing machine. There were no clean towels to be found & only partial clean sheet sets laying on some of the beds. We were not sure what to do so I immediately called the owner and left a message. After quite some time had passed, in which I messaged the owner on VRBO & called VRBO, the owner messaged me that the cleaning lady would be there in 5 minutes. I responded back we were very disappointed in what we had found. She responded she was celebrating Easter with her family & to contact the cleaning lady with any other issues until Monday. We were troubled on Sunday with a mouse in the house. We could hear it in the walls & the comforter was chewed in my son's room. The owners had used the house the week prior to us and had left the dishwasher in a precarious position unattached to the counter. It took 2 people to load & unload the dishwasher to prevent the racks from falling forward onto the floor. We contacted the cleaning lady on Sunday with our issues. She brought traps later that afternoon. The dishwasher was eventually fixed Thursday morning by a handyman.

Family Vacation

The house has been completely renovated and the new pool area is phenomenal. The side deck was the perfect addition for evening meals since it is all shade and breeze. We did not have one complaint from the week. This is the most well stocked home that we have ever stayed in. Owners were SUPERB!!10/10 would stay again.
