Maximize your vacation enjoyment in this wonderful and tastefully decorated 4 or 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home - complete with your own private heated swimming pool! The second floor den is equipped with a day bed w/trundle and can be used as a 5th bedroom, bringing the total bed count to 8 (2 king, 1 queen, 1 twin over full w/trundle, 1 day bed w/trundle).

Ocean views from almost every window and deck! Relax while watching the sunrise, waves and island wildlife from one of the porch swings located on the 2nd or 3rd floor covered deck. Sunsets are best viewed poolside while enjoying dinner al fresco. The popular inverted floor plan is complete with lots of windows allowing natural light to brighten your day. The open concept layout allows you to enjoy cooking while the family gathers around in numerous seating options. A round table seating 8 is fantastic for family dinners and game nights!

A Master Ensuite (#1) with shower and jetted tub is located on the top floor alongside the kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as a half bath in the common area. The second floor boasts another Master Ensuite (#2) with shower/tub combo complete with sliding door that opens to the second level deck overlooking the ocean and pool. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed and shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 is great for children featuring a twin over full bunk bed complete with trundle (sleeps 4). An additional room on this level is set up to be used as either another bedroom (#5) with a day bed w/trundle or a relaxing, second family area complete with a couch and large TV great for watching movies and gaming. A separate laundry room is also located on this floor.

This house is equipped with 7 TVs (all either Smart TV or Roku device) and wireless internet for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have a TV and ceiling fan.

Your family will have hours of fun in the ground floor entertainment area where they can play air hockey, ping pong or watch movies/games on a 58” flat screen TV. This area opens to the pool deck and has a second refrigerator for keeping your cold drinks nearby. Outside you will love the fenced yard and decking, perfect for grilling and entertaining around the pool! After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water.

Public beach access is only approximately 350 feet from the house.

Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for weekly rentals.

Bed linens and bath towels are included. No beach towels provided.
