The home features an Elevator, Golf Cart, open concept living with hardwood floors throughout, two master suites plus 3 additional bedrooms, large living room with reclining leather sectional, custom dining table seats 10 plus kitchen island with 5 bar stools, fireplace, outdoor shower, gas & charcoal grills, plenty of beach gear, and game room with ping pong table & bar making this home ideal for memorable family vacations. The open concept stocked kitchen, family & dining room with vaulted ceiling and large windows that engulf you in magnificent views make the space truly enjoyable. Three covered balconies have lots of lounging, seating & dining options. Each of the 5 bedrooms include a Roku/Smart TV, linens, bath & beach towels. We loved our time at this house. Although it was only for a couple of nights we really enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The qucick access to the beach was nice and we could have spent all day on the back porch over looking the marsh.

Wow! What an amazing property and host! What you see is what you get this property is clean. This property is perfect for a large group of people. It is also very comply well furnished. We have stayed at many different properties, some of them the furniture is not the best this property is professionally decorated and taken care of. The host was on top of any questions and replied back to me almost immediately. If it wasn’t for us going out of the country next summer, I would go ahead and book this home again, so I will be speaking with them and reserving it for two years. The kitchen was very well equipped plenty of silverware plates accessories you name it. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were very nice and extremely clean. We will be returning for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The location was convenient with easy beach access. We loved the marsh area behind the house - beautiful views, great fishing off the long dock and wonderful bird watching. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic week at Coastal Sea Esta! Plenty of space for our family to gather for dinner and to hang out- and plenty of space for us to spread out. The sunset views over the marsh were beautiful! We loved having the golf cart and beach parking pass! The house had everything we needed!

Family Celebration

We gathered in oak island to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We had a great time. There was room for everyone, close to the beach, enough beach chairs, and the kitchen had enough supplies to cook meals.

It was as advertised! A beautiful property, with wonderful touches and very easy process. The only reason why I gave it four stars on location is because it’s not beachfront property, otherwise it’s a five star location. The golf cart makes everything easy.

3 generation fall weekend

Great spot for our three generations- perfect space for us all to come together but also have space to spread out. We enjoyed family table tennis tournament, well equipped beach hangs, and all the space had to offer. Well equipped kitchen and great location.
