They say you canât have it all, but clearly, they havenât seen this apartment! In the heart of London, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts soaring ceilings and an atmosphere thatâs equal parts vibrant and serene. By day, soak up the cityâs energy through tall windows that flood the open kitchen and dining area with natural light. By night, escape to the mezzanine level, perfect for curling up on the sofa or tackling work. Itâs the best of both worlds: city buzz meets peaceful retreat
The Space:
People can often be daunted when it comes to incorporating colour into interior design, but this Paddington apartment owns it. Its a colour palette that delights.
The different coloured furnishings in the TV room and bedrooms are uplifting and complement the wood of the floors and dining table. The addition of high arched windows accentuate the plentiful amount of natural light that comes in through the large windows. The kitchen has plenty of sleek surface space for preparing home-cooked dinners, while the bathrooms play it comparatively safer with the dazzlingly white tiles.
The fact that we've got this far without mentioning the home's incredible location is a testament to the quality of the interior. The centre of Paddington and a ten minutes' walk, to Hyde Park or 20 minute walk to Notting Hill or Marylebone.

The apartment is on the first floor and you are required to climb 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
