Directement en bord de mer sur la plage de Madère et à proximité de tout se trouve le Trillium. Ce complexe de condos est un petit bâtiment avec accès direct à la plage avec piscine chauffée. Les condos ont de grands balcons avec vue directe sur le golfe… c'est parfait pour les amoureux de la plage !! Plusieurs restaurants proposant des spectacles en direct sont accessibles à pied, ainsi qu'un Dunkin Donuts, une épicerie Winn-Dixie, un golf miniature et plus encore. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass à environ 1,5 km au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Outstanding facility and location

Property was very clean and organized, it felt like “home”. Easy access to beach, and heated pool was a plus. Furniture was very comfortable. Probably the best beach condo we’ve rented.

Two Sisters, Reconnect, Relax and Rejuvenate!

This is our 3rd year staying at Trillium in September. Different unit each time, never a disappointment. Each unit faces directly onto your beach along with your private pool. Very quiet and within walking distance of John's Pass. Just remember to bring your beach towels and relax.

Great condo and great location.

I thought it exceeded our expectations. Really like the security of building, heated pool, the open layout of the condo, location of the condo and the decor. All appliances worked and we didn't have any issues. Could use more kitchen towels, newer coffee pot and an instruction booklet with more information, like WI-Fi password, recommendations for restaurants and a maybe a drop box to drop off keys when leaving. We would stay here again.

It is a very clean and secure building. It's older but well maintained. There are no USB plugs in any of the rooms. The kitchen is adequate. There are no beach towels provided.

3rd Time in this Unit

Always a delight, never disappoints. You can view both sunrises and sunsets from this unit. Steps from the beach for your morning walk before settling in for a day a the beach then laps in the pool before happy hour on your balcony with the updated patio furniture. Appreciated the new refrigerator as well. Only 15 Units so has always been quiet for our September visits. Less than a mile from John's Pass for shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to return.

A week away

The condo didn't disappoint at all, everything was as it said it was, great view and location was easy access to shops and restaurants', parking was a little tight do to the small lot but manageable, there are beach accessories in the hall closet to use, which was not in the listing description but had read it in another review but with no conformation we brought our items we had along so we didn't have to buy or rent if needed, think the only issue we had was working the tv one night when we had rain figuring out what buttons to push to make it work, other than that we enjoyed the beach.

Awesome October Vacation - Trillium 2A

This was my first time staying at Trillium 2A and i wasn't sure what to expect but let me tell you the online pics do not do it justice! This condo is perfect! It's laid out perfectly inside and the huge corner balcony is awesome for watching the sunset every night! Reserved parking and close enough to walk to several of our favorite places! I particularly enjoyed this unit (not only for the spectacular views, the cleanliness of the unit and the layout) but also because i could use the stairs - super convenient! And having a balcony on each bedroom was just an added bonus. I cannot say enough about this unit. Me and my family will most definitely return to this unit! It was an absolute delight!

Second time in this unit and fourth time in the condo Trillium.

Absolutely doesn't get any better than this. Only 5 floors, 3 units on each, not a large crowded condo building. Literally only steps to the beach and pool. From the corner unit we can see both sunrise and spectacular sunsets. Even when full the units are very quiet. Upgrades always being made. This year new lamps, more hangers, possibly new dryer, air conditioning system was awesome, never had to adjust the temp, left it at a constant 73 degrees, living rooms shades fixed. Left a week before the hurricane, hope all is well.

Okay property

The condition of the unit was good but the cleanliness was not great. Once we arrived to the unit we had to sweep floors due to objects like bottle caps in the floor. We also had to wash the sheets because they had hairs that weren’t ours all over the sheets and pillows. One of the toilets had a urine stain on it. The unit has a restriction on the air conditioning unit. You aren’t able to take it any lower than 72. The check in process was easy but not convenient due to having to go to a separate location to get keys. Location of the property was great though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was great. Every thing we needed was available in the condo.The condo was clean, excellent condition, with a outstanding balcony.The check in/out was easy. The property staff was very helpful, and friendly.Even the maintenance man was polite,and friendly.The last two nights the two couples in 1A were cigar smokers, played very loud music at the pool ( they took over the pool area) and then moved to there balcony to continue. But this is not the fault of the owners of 2A.We will try and book the property again. ( if the pandemic does not come back heavy again)We are long time travelers to the area (1970s), so our restaurants, Dockside Dave’s ( I like the original spot) , Woodys Waterfront, Bamboo Beer Garden ( I still use the original name), Candy Kitchen, Walt’s fish shak, the list goes on forever.We found a great place for Calzones (slyce) on this trip.We are hoping to spend a few more weeks next time at this great place.

Beautiful Trillium Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy booking. Beautiful condo, with unbelievable views. Saw dolphins swimming up and down the gulf every day. Comfortable beds, lots of space, super clean.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the layout and size. Updated unit is nice. Road noise in bedrooms is loud at night. Trouble with AC not effective enought. Loved the balcony facing beach. Wish the complex and unit used a code locks instead of keys. Did not care for chair/umbrella company setting up if front of complex as we provide our own umbrella and chairs. Complex needs a use of community grill outside.

Beautiful beach views off your balcony

Nice little getaway that was close to John's Pass. Liked the fact that the beach was not over crowded like Clearwater Beach. This condo is just steps to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Close to many amenities and things to do.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I expected a little more for the amount of money I paid to stay here. The bathroom counters and the kitchen counter are nice. The floors are nice. The dishes need discarded and replaced with new. They're chipped and well used. We bought paper plates because of it. The coffee maker is the cheapest they could find and no coffee filters are given. The cooking skillets needs discarded and replaced with new. Everything we cooked in them stuck to the pans and basically ruined the food. No dishwashing liquid is given. The toilet paper is like tissue paper. The cheapest they could possibly find. A couple pieces of the patio furniture are broken. One of the beach chairs is broken. The walls need repainted. The bottom of the master bedroom door is chipped and damaged. The elevator carpet is filthy and needs replaced. The condo had several burned out light bulbs. After I called and complained someone came and replaced them. No beach towels at all. The tv and channel selection is nice. The view is nice. The beds are nice. Having to drive to pick up the key to check in and check out is ridiculous. We probably won't return. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Granddaughter's wedding

We were very pleased with the condo it was clean ,nicely decorated and updated. A joy to be there in Madeira Beach.
