Vous vous sentirez heureux quand vous entrez dans ce coin condo fraîchement rénové au nord. Et, la vue à couper le souffle. Le décor gai, tropical est également tout à fait confortable. La cuisine est haut de la ligne avec des comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des armoires de cerisier. Master bain a une grande douche de plain-pied. I loved the view. I really liked how the kitchen was set up, facing the ocean. The kitchen was big and was fully equipped. The elevator was out of service but we knew about that beforehand. Since we were on the second floor it wasn't too bad.

We loved this property the location so close to Johns Pass, safe with limited access and the sunsets - wow; perfection.

Madeira Beach Condo

The condo was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and clean! The location on the beach is perfect for anyone that appreciates the beauty of the beach and gulf. The condo building is smaller than many, which we appreciated. Once you walked out of the condo, you were quickly on the beach or at the pool. There were restaurants to walk to as well as John’s Pass. The ONLY negative of this condo was having to collect the keys and parking pass from Resort Rentals on Blind Pass Road. We were using a car service to and from the airport and having to go to the office was inconvenient and timely. The unit had a combination lock on the door and it would have been much more convenient to have the same for the condo building. It would also be much more convenient to have the parking pass available in the unit or emailed. We will return to the Trillium Condos if the key/parking pass issue is remedied. We loved the location and the unit!

Great place

This unit was a very nice spacious condo.. Nice location and beach access. Plenty of kitchen items to do cooking ,ect...Only complaint I had was shower doors weren't cleaned very well with soap scum excessive on glass and master bedroom bathroom shower door was missing the center bottom track that was up in the back toiletry shelf. If not fixed the future leases could break shower doors. All in all was a great stay!!

MEMORABLE TIME WITH THE FAMILY

Our family with 2 teens boys and my 7 year old nephew enjoyed everyday in this home. It was a BLESSING to wake up and see the Ocean and Horizon front and center. We slept beautifully in these beds and felt secure in the building. Memories made and thankful for our time together :)

Great location with unobstructed views of the Gulf

Property is conveniently located and has wonderful views of the Gulf. Condo kitchen was well appointed, making it easy to cook meals. Would have been nicer if simple things like dishwashing liquid and coffee filters were provided, but overall a great condo for vacationing

Beautiful place to spend with family

The rental was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We usually go as a big family and this was the first year that we went on our own. As frustrating as finding the perfect place can be once I found it, it was a very simple and easy process. Everything was done through email and txt and very easy. The only complaint I have is that we had no internet the entire time and it was suppose to be provided to us. I followed all of the steps/reboot process that were given and had to called the rental property. First they gave me the number for Spectrum, I called to see if they could walk me through getting it fixed...they could not. The owners were using an apple modem and they were not trained for any apple products. When I called the rental property back I was told again to unplug, reboot, etc. that was suggested again. Nothing worked. The wireless network (SSID) was simply not there to log into. After talking to the rental properyfor the 3rd time I was told they would put in a service call and they would call me back with a time for the arrival of the service call (this was all on Monday) and I never heard anything else. While it was frustrating, especially with children, it didn't ruin the trip and it definitely would NOT keep me from using the rental property again.

Bring cleaning products; but view is great!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo would have been nearly perfect if we had not spent the first several hours cleaning! Countertops had sticky food and crumbs, refrigerator had obviously not been cleaned and the shower head in master was disgusting! Just glad the linens were clean because you only have minimal supply! Suggest you bring soap for counters and dish soap - there was NONE, however there was a small tube of shoo and conditioner!Worst part was the washing machine was at least 2 inches deep with sand! When called and reported the washer the lady said “ok” so I said we couldn't use it and she said “if I really need to I can report it and have someone call you”! UGH.....COULDNT WASH CLOTHES AT ALL!The view is amazing, we were afraid being on 2nd floor it wouldn't be but wow!

The condo was fantastic and centrally located which made it easy to get any place. Great deck for sunsets and moon shine if you get up early.

Best 2 weeks at Trillium

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location with a well maintained property. We are annual regulars to this location. This is centrally located for all your shopping and entertainment needs, or just the perfect place to go and relax. My only regret is that the resort rentals does not put more pressure on the people that maintain the beach at Madiera, as we were informed by one of the employees driving the rake vehicle is that their priority is to maintain the public sectors of the beach. The two weeks we were there the sand was not raked once.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The condo is Beautiful and had everything we needed. The only issue I had was check in time and check out. We had to leave by 10:00 and housekeeping was at our door by 8:30? I checking in at 3:00 and leaving by 10:00 does not give us a full day that we paid for the condo. The two different locations for keys as well was difficult.

Clean kitchen???

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean except for the kitchen, sink, coffee pot, cabinets, & outside doors on fridge were dirty/sticky. Cups in cupboard had lipstick prints on them. Very inconvenient to NOT be able to leave key in unit when we had to be at airport by 6 am because cleaning company & rental company are not same. Why not 2 sets of keys?

Great location close to the beach!

WeI really enjoyed staying at the Trillium for the first time! Great spacious condo with a great view steps from the beach. New remodeling was a nice touch. The kids liked that it was just a short walk to the Candy Kitchen! We adults liked that it was a very quiet beach. We only had 2 small complaints. First, guests are expected to bring their own beach towels. This is something that I feel should be provided by the owner since you are on the beach. The second is increase your Wifi speed. It’s not so Important to us adults but the kids thought it was a little slow. Other than that, we had a blast and would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we have stayed at this location. The home is very nice although the master bath shower wasn't draining and maintenance came and put drain cleaner in it but it still wasn't draining all the way. Could have used more kitchen towels and some of the following items would have been nice if supplied kitchen trash bags, salt and pepper. Over all it was a nice place and we were able to stay extra days which was great that way we didn't have to stay in a hotel.
