With a soothing seaside ambiance flowing throughout, Beach Place 404 has been freshly renovated with new flooring and updated bathrooms. The open floorplan living area delights with calming coastal charm, plush furnishings, and balcony access. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and new, quartz countertops. It has everything you need to show off your cooking skills! The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
The intimate main suite boasts a king bed, work desk with a monitor, and private balcony access. The en suite main bath features dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination.
