Relax with the whole family at this serene lakefront getaway nestled among the trees overlooking beautiful Lake Anna. Located in a gated community on the public side of the lake, this peaceful hideaway offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and fun.

🛏 The Space

This comfortable five-bedroom, three-bath home is ideal for large families or two smaller families traveling together. It sleeps up to 14 guests (6 adults / 8 children) with a thoughtful layout and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Main Floor:

2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bunk beds

Full bathroom

Open living, kitchen, and dining areas with large windows overlooking the lake

Smart TVs (main level & rec room) with Wi-Fi access for streaming your favorite shows

Upstairs Master Suite:

Queen bed, full bath, and a private covered balcony—perfect for quiet mornings with coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Lower Level:

Two newly added bedrooms equipped with bunk beds.

Spacious recreation room with pool table, queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a full bathroom

☀️ Outdoor Living

Step through one of the three sliding glass doors and onto the expansive lakeview deck—your outdoor living and dining space. Grill dinner, dine al fresco, or relax in the sun or shade. A gas firepit makes for cozy evenings under the stars.

A walk down the 88 steps leads to your private deep-water dock in a No-Wake cove—safe for swimming, floating, kayaking, or paddleboarding. The dock features electricity and a 10x10 sunning area, great for lounging between swims.

You’ll have access to the community boat ramp at Pine Harbour (free of charge) for launching your boat or jet skis, and local marinas also offer rentals nearby.

1 double kayak

2 single kayaks

2 paddleboards

Tubes, noodles, and float lounges

There’s also a wood-burning firepit in the front yard—perfect for roasting s’mores or enjoying an evening by the fire.

🔥 House Rules & Notes

Pets allowed—Max of 2 dogs only- $250 pet fee required. (Pet fee is the same if only bringing 1 dog)

Exterior security cameras are for guest safety—tampering forfeits the deposit

No cooking over the deck firepit

Indoor wood stove not for guest use

Please supervise all fires and extinguish completely before leaving

No life vests provided—please bring your own

No events or parties allowed

Bedrooms do not have TVs

Minimum age to book: 25 years old (must be accompanied by parent/guardian if under 25)

Outdoor: Paddleboard, kayak, tube, float, or boat around the calm No-Wake cove—perfect for families and beginners.
Indoor: Play a game of pool, stream your favorite shows, or gather for movie night.
No Fireworks, No Illegal Activity, Must Be 25 Years Old to Rent, Dog Friendly (Max of 2).
