We had a great stay! There were some hoops to jump through with booking but otherwise we had a great stay at this house. Additionally, heads up that even though the listing says that the house sleeps 18 people, only 8 adults are allowed to stay the night.

We have an awesome trip to the lake. The house was immaculate, plenty of room for all 15 of us, beds were comfortable, the house was fully stocked with all necessities. We definitely made some great memories here. Highly recommend this house for your travels.

What a wonderful stay and great family time. We couldn’t have asked for more property wise. Amazingly well stocked kitchen and home. They thought of everything. If you are renting a boat just know you can’t get it to the private side.

We just had such a fantastic family vacation!! We were 13 kids and 4 adults and everyone had the best time!! The grounds are beautiful and its such a relaxing environment!! The slide, boats, and tons of water and sand toys kept the kids entertained for hours!! We roasted delicious marshmallows on the firepit and enjoyed the hot tub! The house was clean and well maintained! It was very easy to communicate with the host! I would highly reccomend this property! My kids are already asking to go back!

We had very good experience at Dan’s place. We was big group and it’s very spacious, clean and well organized. Kitchen has everything. All dishes was clean. WiFi was very fast. This is a wonderful house to rent. Well equipped for cooking and enjoyment (games, outdoors etc). Very comfortable spaces, beds and bathrooms. We did a short stay for thanksgiving and it was a perfect fit for cooking, eating and family gathering. The just is extremely responsive to all questions and was very helpful to our family. Perfect for a family weekend

The house easily accommodated our group of 20. We particularly liked the long tables inside and out that allowed us to gather for meals. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed as well as two dishwashers. The house was roomy and comfortable with a lovely view of the lake on multiple levels of the property. Bedrooms were laid out for quiet and privacy.

Relaxing Getaway in Winter Storm

Great home with perfect amenities to be snowed in. We only left the house twice during our stay to get grocery before the store and to venture out after it cleared today’s later. Enough space for 8 men to relax and enjoy each others company with plenty of room to retreat away for solo time. Dan was super responsive and even allowed an early check-in which is always nice. Would def recommend Sunrise for a nice getaway trip.

Relaxing weekend away with family

As we have been in the Elk Creek area a few times already, we expected nothing but top notch property and experience. The house was spacious and had all the things we needed. We had a few hiccups but the team came and fixed things as quickly. The hot tub was cleaned out and had to be refilled. There still was sand but wasn’t bothersome for those that used it. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of space outside also. Wood was delivered when we got there and we used half for the fire pit. You are closer to the neighbors around but other than that, it was a quiet and relaxing weekend.

Our stay was amazing. We arrived and were able to get in touch with folks as needed to resolve issues quickly. Everyone from the customer service people to the guys who showed up to take care of a problem with the water. They were all very professional and very helpful. They got things taken care of as quick as possible While we continued on with our vacation. I am already looking for dates that might be available for us to return. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens and plenty of towels. All the things you could possibly need in the kitchen was readily available. The kids had an amazing time with the slide, kayaks, paddleboard. we actually brought a boat with us so we could do some tubing and everyone had such a great time and made so many memories here. We had all ages from 60 years old down to four months.
