Belle maison moderne dans un cadre isolé au bord du lac sur le côté public. Plage de sable privée dans une crique parfaite pour nager ou s'étendre dans le lac (ajoutée en 2018). Spa dans la zone du pont inférieur. Bois de chauffage fourni pour foyer extérieur. À quelques minutes des restaurants, bars, épiceries, etc. Distance de kayak de la crique, restaurant et bar. 12 pieds de profondeur à l'extrémité du quai. Comprend Internet sans fil et câble avec chaînes premium. Livré avec planches à pagaie, canoë, pédalo, kayaks, flotteurs, etc. Comprend 4 salles de bain complètes et 1 demi-bain, y compris une toute nouvelle salle de bain complète en date de février 2018. Les chambres comprennent 4 lits king (2 à l'étage, 1 au rez-de-chaussée et 1 au niveau inférieur), 1 lit queen au niveau inférieur et 2 chambres à l'étage qui comprennent 3 lits doubles et 4 lits jumeaux (une avec une couchette pleine / double avec un lit gigogne et une autre chambre avec 2 lits doubles, chacune avec un lit gigogne en dessous). Réveillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil sur le lac avec votre café gourmet de la machine à expresso Miele. Prenez des cocktails sur l'immense terrasse et le patio pendant que le soleil se couche derrière vous, offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac. Si vous êtes du genre intérieur, retrouvez vos émissions préférées sur l'un de nos téléviseurs à écran plat de 42 pouces et plus, aiguisez votre jeu de billard, entraînez-vous au baby-foot ou jouez au barman derrière le bar en bas. Veuillez vous renseigner sur les grands événements car des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer ou les ordures, le nettoyage, etc. Nous proposons également 1 ou 2 jet-skis pour des locations de 7 jours. Les jet-skis vous attendent sur les rampes de jet-ski lorsque vous vous présentez avec quelqu'un pour vous expliquer comment les utiliser. We enjoyed our stay overall—the location was great, the three refrigerators were useful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of lake toys. However, this was our second time renting the house, and for the high cost, we expected more. The coffee maker broke on day two, and the ice maker and warming drawer didn’t work. Several bedrooms lacked proper curtains, affecting both sleep and privacy. The dock no longer has a ladder, and the beach exit is rocky and eroded, making it unsafe—especially for older guests. Cleanliness was generally good, but the shower grout and grill were neglected, with the grill posing a safety risk.Chris was responsive during the stay and offered help, but his solutions would have disrupted our vacation. Post-trip communication has been difficult—we’ve had no updates on the issues listed, our security deposit, or the return of a valuable item we left behind.We made the most of our trip and love Lake Anna, but addressing these concerns would make the house worth its price.

Just a beautiful house and location! Had a great time enjoying the wonderful lake view and kayaking/canoeing ( provided by the host). The check-in, etc was seamles. The gourmet kitchen with all modern apppiances was fabulous including the spacious BBQ area.

Wonderful house, great dock and water access, very smooth communication with owners. We had lots of space for the 12-16 folks in our party. The common areas were very spacious and well set up, the hot tub was great after skiing, and sitting around the outdoor fire was wonderful. Would definitely rent this one again -- loved it!!!

Unfair Charges and Poor Management

I recently celebrated my wedding at Nirvanna at Lake Anna, and while the venue itself was beautiful, the overall experience was far from great. The owner and management were incredibly disappointing. They charged me an "event fee" of 1000, which seemed excessive for what was provided. The place was supposed to be cleaned and ready for us, but when we arrived, the outdoor area was a disaster. My husband and a friend had to spend time spraying water, blowing leaves, and cleaning up the mess themselves. On top of that, there was a terrible odor outside due to trash not being taken out for who knows how long. We even had to spend additional money on cleaning the backyard and removing the terrible odor, which took us about 3 hours.I called the owner, who admitted that the trash hadn't been removed. Despite this, they still tried to charge me an additional 1500 for absolutely nothing. They claimed we had damaged the dining table and door, which was completely false. We hadn't done any harm to anything. When we left, we made sure the place was spotless, with no dishes left and everything in order, yet they still tried to accuse us of things we didn't do. Thankfully, Vrbo was able to cancel these unjust charges because there was no proof to back them up.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be cautious if you decide to book here!

The house was really nice and accommodating to my family but the only downfall was the bees and they seemed like they were multiplying while we were sitting outside and the house and outdoor furniture had bird poop all over so we couldn’t really sit and enjoy because we had to clean the furniture

Family Weekend

Location is excellent even for a stay during the winter when outdoor activities are limited. Very nice home with everything you need for relaxing, games, cooking meals and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent communication from owners on some minor issues.

Great stay and location

The house is amazing. 7 great bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and dining room. Lots of space in the front and backyard to play. We were there in winter, so did not get to take advantage of the lake, but did make use of the hot tub and fire places. The owners are very responsive and were great to work with. Definitely would rent again.

NIce holidays at Nirv'Anna!

Nirv'Anna was a great place to gather our family for the holidays. It was plenty big enough for our family of 13. The outside fireplace was a big draw. We had a few hiccups with entry but it was resolved quickly. The open space living area was a great place to hang out. The kitchen was great... loved the expresso machine. Thanks Nirv'Anna!

Perfect family reunion getaway house!

This spacious property offered everything we hoped for in a winter getaway: lovely view, comfy bedrooms for all, great kitchen, oodles of amusements (foosball! Pool table! Games! TVs!), a lovely hot tub, outdoor lawn for Frisbee play ,and a dock on the lake from which several of us did BRISK morning plunges!

Perfect for Wedding Party

We had our entire wedding party stay together here this past weekend and had a great time. The VRBO was conveniently located close to our venue and the accommodations fit exactly what we needed. We felt cozy and as if it was a home away from home, but with all our friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay here and make so many memories together!

The property is as advertised. The location is fantastic. The house, property, and waterfront is exceptional. The extras such as kayaks and the canoe are a plus. Chris and Calli are exceptional hosts. We will stay at this house for all future stays at Lake Anna when the property is available!

Fall Getaway

We loved our stay in this large, beautiful house. Views were gorgeous and the house was well appointed. Hanging around the outdoor fireplace was so cozy. Conveniently located made getting to Lake Anna Park for hiking easy. Hope to come back to this property!

Nirv'Anna for the Win!

The property was beautiful and was so spacious allowing for our very large family to stay comfortably with no feeling on top of one another. The hosts were extremely nice and communicative. Will be rebooking.

Great Location,Great Time

We came to a wedding 39 minutes away and decided to make a week out of it. Property is well located on a quiet cove with all the toys - canoes, paddle boards, kayaks. Boat dock and fire pit were the two hangout spots. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. All of us had a great time. Thank you!

Great Family Stay

This is a beautiful place. Great rooms with beautiful views. Kitchen was excellent-hardly had to open the big trunk of cooking stuff I bring along for all our family vacations. Enough refrigerator room for all of the stuff we were eating. Everyone enjoyed the pier and and double deck. The walkers and runners in the group loved the very private, very long drive and were out every day getting their exercise. Had a great vacation-stayed here 2 weeks.

Our names are Chris and Calli and we live in Vienna, VA. Chris is from Lynchburg, VA and Calli is from Cleveland, OH. We have two kids and doghter that all love time we get to spend on vacation playing pickleball, fishing, and boating. We're super thankful for the opportunity to rent Nirv'Anna out to other friends and families to make their own memories at the lake.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After renting many other properties at various locations and evaluating many homes over the years, we discovered 16201 Hickory Cut ln, in Mineral, VA. After driving down a mile long paved driveway, the trees open up and there's the house surrounded by beautiful, leafy banana trees. This is your clear indication that you're on vacation. Once you walk into the house, you first notice the two story great room with a wall of windows giving you the perfect view of the lake.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house is on the perfect quiet deep cove that's big enough for swimming and floating but not where you're swimming by everyone else's dock and boat slips. The views from the deck of this elevated lot are the best you'll see at Lake Anna. Very secluded with no neighbors to the right of the property. Located close to restaurants, boat rentals, and Food Lion for groceries.
