This hilltop residence offers a luxurious and spacious retreat available for mid-term (30 days and up) and long-term stays. It features five large bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for guests. Located in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of a park, the property also offers easy access to popular Los Angeles destinations like Topanga Canyon and Malibu.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a music room equipped with instruments and production tools, alongside a half bath for convenience. The formal dining room accommodates eight, while the downstairs includes a twin bedroom with an attached bathroom and an office space that can serve as an additional bedroom.
