Overall property itself was good. We had 7 total so sleeping was a bit tough as place only has 3 beds, but made it work with air mattresses. Needs a good deep cleaning though. Stains on carpets and beds throughout house. Doors don't lock except for main front door. Downstairs stays cold, but upstairs never cools even with fans rolling. Would stay again if adjustments are made.
We stayed 3 days with our adult daughter. Nice kitchen. There is a Kurig so bring yours k cups. The 2 bedrooms are good sized and 2 baths upstairs are fine. Beds are fine, a bit soft for my taste. downstairs family space is nice. Plenty of games and internet tv. Big dining room table. Not thrilled with chairs but they were functional. Could stand to upgrade flatware, thin out the old pots and add a large cutting board and wine glasses. Pretty setting Outside. We enjoyed our stay!
This is a lovely tree lined suburb style townhouse suitable for two families. Our family of 4 stayed with our friend's family of 3. Obviously with two bedrooms and kids in tow, we didn't expect any privacy for couples. For that you would need to rent the property for a single family. The outside of home not so clean, but that was not so much of a concern for near beach property. One jet and another shower outside the house which helps keep the sand out. Will stay here again if visiting ocean city with friends again.

This is a summary of my correspondence with Holiday Real Estate once we took possession of the rental on 8/3-8/6/2020: I want to report that there are knats that are flying around in the house and ants all over the bedroom where the two queen beds are. My daughter and I are quite grossed out. In addition, all three beds have urine stains all over them. The wall to wall carpeting is filthy and badly stained. We are considering leaving tomorrow since this is no condition that I thought I was renting under. The air conditioner does not work in the upstairs and it is extremely hot. I did receive a phone call from the maintenance man who offered to clean the rugs. I told him that this could be done after we vacate as there would be no time for the rugs to dry and the ventilation would not be enough to allow them to dry before we returned from the beach. I returned to the house at approximately 5:30 pm. As I was using the key to unlock the door, I realized the door was already unlocked. Someone had entered the home while I was away. Once inside, I realized someone had come in, left ant spray in the kitchen and removed my sheets from both beds. Someone had put mattress pads on the queen beds. One of my fitted sheets was not there either. Not only did someone enter the house without my knowledge, but they removed my sheets from the bed and then left with at least the fitted sheet from one of the beds. This left me feeling violated and quite upset. This is unacceptable and I expect someone to make this situation right. How can your company feel it is right to just enter a rental without a renterâs knowledge and then remove personal belongings and leave them just sitting there. They must have left the house also without locking the door behind them. This left all of my personal belongings vulnerable to theft as well. My purse was left in the kitchen island and I am really upset that no one was given permission to even come in.
In addition to all of theses items, the picture that is depicted on the rental of the exterior of the house is not accurate. This photo must have been taken 10 years ago. The entry is overgrown with bush and the walkway is unlit and difficult to walk through due to the overgrowth. Please update your pictures to accurately describe the property or get some lawn care for the residence. It is not a true depiction of the actual unmaintained property that it was. I will never rent from this company again. Total waste of money
Had a great time! Only 3 beds (2 queens and a king), and the living room leather sofa reclines but does not pull out, so the house could use more sleeping areas. Otherwise, perfect house and location
This home is about 10 minutes from the beach on 142nd st. If you wish to park a car at the beach it is an easy and comfortable process as there are plenty of parking spots. The home is a two level. A master bedroom and second room with two beds. Carpet throughout. On arrival we found the home needed the linens we pre ordered ($100). The AC works fine but the upstairs is considerably warmer than the lower. WIFI works fine but cable was off. Furniture is in excellent shape. Kitchen is complete.
Bring paper towels and toilet paper. Note two negatives: the home was not well cleaned when we arrived and the front door had delamination of the molding. No big issues. Overall we were pleased and this is an excellent alternative to a hotel room. You are quite close to the Delaware border. Big rain during our stay did not impact home at all.
