Location à la semaine complète seulement (du samedi au samedi) du 27 juillet au 7 septembre.

Également disponible pour des séjours minimum de 4 nuits à certaines dates en juin, juillet, septembre et décembre.

Maison très spacieuse et bien entretenue dans le quartier de Caine ’Woods à North Ocean City. L'endroit idéal pour amener la famille! Minutes de la plage! Master br a un lit queen size, 2ème br a 2 lits jumeaux, 3ème br a un lit double et taille queen canapé-lit en lr. Très grande cuisine / salle à manger bien approvisionnée, solarium, salle à manger, salon et chambres à coucher. Air climatisé central, laveuse / sécheuse, WiFi et câble inclus. Le trajet privé correspond à 2 voitures, plus un parking dans la rue disponible.

Restaurants, commerces de proximité, mini-golf, parc aquatique, magasins à proximité. Près du Delaware où il n'y a pas de taxe de vente!

Parking gratuit dans la rue à la plage. Moins de 5 minutes en voiture ou env. 15 minutes à pied.

Des barbecues au charbon et des chaises de plage sur place pour votre usage.

Ray plays for a nice relaxing stay!

This place is in a nice area not very far from the beach and not very far from grocery stores and other surrounding restaurants if you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax and enjoy a few days by the beach this is the place for you

Great family getaway

We go to OC every year but decided to stay somewhere with more room. This home was the perfect size for 5 adults. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back.

Very nice place

This was a very nice place to stay. It’s away from all the hustle so it’s quiet and peaceful. The only negative I can give this place is that the floors were so dirty that when you showered you feet were black instantly. But would definitely stay again.

Great home away from home!

We were all really impressed with the owners and their property. There was plenty of room to sleep and extra space besides. You could pull away to the veranda or relax in the living room or put a puzzle together on the formal dining room table. Even with all that, there was still a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. It is a nice home!

Fantastic Home

It was roomy, comfortable. It was probably nicer than my own home. Loved it. Don't have any complaints at all. Will look to stay there again next summer if all of us are available at the same time again. The host communicated with us great whenever I had questions (pre-vacation...never needed to talk to him during our week down there because the place was exactly as described). My daughter and wife loved the sun room. 10 stars out of 10.

Awesome home base for our family vacation!

We had a great experience at this property. My wife and I took our 3 kids (20, 20 & 15) to OC and this property had more than ample space from the huge kitchen, sun room, living room, dining room plus three sizable bedrooms and two baths. The house was is very clean with new carpeting throughout and a recently updated master bathroom. The host was great about communicating up front to set expectations all of which were met. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but we found it perect as we were away from the traffic and activity on the main strip (Coastal Hwy). We were within 30 minutes or less of anything that we wanted to do and we would definitely consider staying at this property again!

Dirty, Stinky...Ant infested

I'm sorry, but I just didn't have anyone that could watch my dog. She's sick and no one wanted the responsibility as I tried several kennels in my area. I promise that she was only in the sunroom area and I had dog pads down and cleaned up after her. I am very upset and dissapointed about our stay. Although your home was spacious, your cleaners have a lot to be desired. There was a distinct urine smell coming from the carpets, as well as when we walked barefooted on the carpet the bottom of our feet were black from the dirt trapped in the carpet. The bedrooms smelled like urine upon my arrival. Also, the ants were everywhere in the house and crawling all over the deck...we bought ant spray, but they kept coming back. Thirdly, for some reason, in your "cleaned and disinfected" house,there were dirty, unwashed, stained sheets on all of the beds. I used my own as we were instructed to do and placed all of the filthy disgusting sheets and nasty pillows in the closets. In the two singles bedroom, my daughter found Skittles trash and 55 cents under the pillows that were on the gross beds and in the third bedroom, there were dead stink bugs all over the floor. Unfortunately, I did have to bring me very ill dog with us because I couldn't find a kennel...I did kennel my other two dogs, but even the vet's office was all booked up for the week. I kept my dog in the sunroom, which has tile flooring and I used dog pads and cleaned up after her. Now the owner is using this as an excuse to charge me for extra "cleaning" and to "clean" the carpets. I see that the owner has had past issues with a dirty, filthy carpets, but to no avail, this is how he keeps down his cost for cleaning and upkeep of his home. If you don't mind nastiness and living in an ant hole, then please feel free to rent this place. This owner lacks experience and needs to re-evaluate what it means to manage a rental. How embarrassing for you Bob.... So sorry to leave such a poor review, but even my 9 year old granddaughter was crying because of the filthy bedrooms. Thank goodness I brought an air mattress along for her. One last thing would be make sure you have the correct amount of occupancy listed so that others who consider renting your ant infested hole know what to expect.

Great place to when you are in Ocean city.

Nice spacious clean house. It has some very comfortable reclining chairs in the living room. The house could use some updating on the inside to make it look a little more modern. But I would still stay there again when I come back to Ocean city. Thanks Bob

The property was great and amazing. My family and I had an a great time. The only thing I found wrong with the property was that the neighbors were loud and the carpets made your feet black. As soon as you got out of the shower and walk on the carpet your feet were dirty all over again but it wasn't a big deal. We all had fun and that was the most important part! Thank you

I grew up in the Washington DC area and we spent every summer vacationing at Ocean City. I live in Western PA now, and don't get to the beach as often as I would like.

We love the location!! Quiet, neat neighborhood. Only minutes to the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, water park, mini golf. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

It truly is the best of both worlds. Quiet, relaxing neighborhood, but close enough to the action. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy the attractions, crowds, and night life, you can do it all right here!!
