The property was in a great location. Everything was clean. Parking was good. The water pressure was good and hot. It was great to have a washer and dryer, although the dryer smelled a little funny. The beds were comfterble, the comforters, blankets and pillows were great. The air condittiong worked, the fan in the bedroom was awesome. We came for the fourth, so it was a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected. Would stay again.

Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking forward to our vacation but the whole experience was soured when I received an email from Redfin stating the property was for sale and scheduling showings during my time there. I had to reach out to the rental company the day before I left in a panic to make sure the reservation was ok and that we wouldn't be constantly interrupted. While I was assured that we would not and we were not interrupted, I was on edge while we were there because of this.

The condo is very cute, updated, and clean, and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The only negative was that the door (with a digital lock/keypad) unlocked on its own twice after I locked it from the inside by turning the lock manually, once late at night when I was by myself. It was fine when using the keypad upon leaving and returning.

It was a wonderful location, straight forward check in and parking, clean rental and great communication. Had all the appliances you would expect and need, and all in working condition. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Oceans Calling Wknd at Oceans Terrace

Recently spent a weekend at Oceans Terrace during the Oceans Calling music fest weekend. The area was a quick car/bus drive away from the boardwalk and short walk from several stores. Easy beach access at the end of the street. Good value for the location.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was as advertised - extremely clean a great location. The beach there is wide with lots of room. The only thing I would advise is to know there is no elevator available and thus unit is on the 3rd floor. I may have missed that small detail when booking - but if you are physically fit - you will love this unit!!

We were on 69th street and that was a great location. The boardwalk starts on 27th, but we walked there and then took the bus back. It was very convenient. The next night, we walked in the opposite direction and took a bus back. We were able to cover the whole area. We were right near the beach and I loved not having to drag all of the beach stuff more than half a block. I would definitely stay here again. There's also a grocery store nearby that was very convenient. The location was also close to many restaurants, mini golf and ice cream.

Cute and clean place with parking on site. If stairs are a challenge, would recommend getting a unit on the ground or second levels. Futon mattress needs to be replaced. Paper products were not provided.

Updates helped appearance but place smells of cigarette smoke. Ac wasn't great, needs better ceiling fans to stir air. Refrigerator really loud but liked the large water tank for long showers.

Nice Condo in Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the Condo is clean and well appointed. It is in a great location close to the beach and central to all things OCMD. My only concern was the front door lock was just a door knob lock (no deadbolt) which raises some security concerns. Hopefully a deadbolt can be added in the future.

The condo was nicely decorated and in a good location. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed. The toilet was loose and it ran every five minutes. We also had door issues that Dave from rental company rectified as quickly has possible. (Thanks again Dave).
