La propriété a été meublée avec goût, au plus haut niveau pour assurer votre confort et tranquillité d'esprit. Il y a 3 lits king size et deux lits jumeaux dans cette grande maison de 4 chambres. Située au cœur de la communauté fermée de Briarwood, cette villa est à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Naples et de tout ce que la 5ème Avenue a à offrir au clubhouse avec courts de tennis, basket-ball, 2 piscines communautaires et aire de jeux pour enfants. Le confort inclut plusieurs téléviseurs dans toute la maison, des appels interurbains gratuits aux États-Unis et au Canada, des tarifs internationaux très bas, ainsi qu'un accès Internet WiFi gratuit pour tous les clients! A l'extérieur, la véranda isolée est l'endroit idéal pour dîner et se détendre tout en regardant la faune sur le lac, ou en sirotant un verre de vin de la station thermale!

Family vacation

Our family stay was absolutely wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool and spa all day long. Loved that it was close to all nearby attractions.

Very nice villa, great view

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was clean and in a great location. The pool overlooking the lake was nice. Nice pool starting at 3 ft or so gradually up to 6 ft. Beds have had some wear. Could use some more hooks or places to hang towels inside. Also a crockpot would have been nice in the kitchen.Close to beaches (15 min) and a grocery store. Had a beach umbrella and chairs to use. Also sand toys for the children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought will have great time as last year! But it comes to Worst vacation ever! Threatened from property manager Kim because we complained about the AC. The AC wasn't working the first 2 nights we move in. Imagine living on 86 degrees in Florida!!! Instead of apologize to us she was rude, offense us in front of our kids and also ask us to get out! After that I called the cops! Also the pool was dirty too! Never again to this property!

Wonderful property!

The house is wonderful, the pool is immaculate, and the location is great! It's only minutes to Naples and some gorgeous beaches. The pond behind the home is beautiful and afforded some great nature viewing. The house is very comfortable and included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The property manager was pleasant to work with. There was an electrical storm the evening before we arrived that caused a power outage in the master bedroom area, but it was fixed as promptly as possible once we reported it. We are definitely looking forward to returning!

Great vacation in a great home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip and enjoyed the house very much. We especially loved the set up. In addition to a nice master bedroom and bath, there were two other bedrooms with king size beds and their own bath, essentially in their own suite. Worked out perfectly for our family of 4 that includes 2 college aged children.The house was very clean. And we loved the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is safe and has great sidewalks for morning walks.The only thing I would like to see in the house is a bit of laundry detergent. Since we were supposed to wash beach and bath towels prior to departure, we had to buy it and it’s hard to find a small quantity and not something we want to bring home when traveling by air.We would 100% rent the home again.

Great Stay

This place exceeded our expectations. We have stayed so many times in Marco and Cape Coral and finally we decided to stay in Naples. The property was very clean and well maintained and nestled in a secure gated community that is easy to get in and out of once checked in. The check in process with everything was easy and they even have an app that gives u detailed information about your stay and a very easy way to communicate if need be. It’s a short and enjoyable drive to just about anywhere in Naples. The description and amenities were spot on and is a very comfortable and relaxing home. We definitely recommend this property for anyone.

Reviewer Comments: Having stayed on Briarwood, Naples many times ver the last 20 years, we have come to expect excellent accommodation in a well kept community. Our stay this tim, even in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, didn’t disappoint. The Villa was well equipped and although power had only recently been restored after the storm, everything was clean and even the wi-fi was working.

Briarwood is a perfect neighbourhood for exploring Naples. The property with its 3 bathrooms and effectively 3 wings was perfect for our multi generational group.

wonderful vacation

We had a great time in Naples. We had two families and the layout of the house is perfect. The two separate wings give a privacy to each family and worked perfectly. The only inconvenience was a check out at 10am. I feel it is very early, and when we tried to arrange it, the emails were never answered. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was perfect!

Great place for families

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for two families to share. The pool and hot tub were clean and the garage was well stocked with anything we needed for beach trips (chairs, toys, coolers). Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, but that was the only issue we had our entire stay. The property manager was very responsive. We would certainly stay again!

Family time at Naples

The house was perfect for us. Nice gated community, heated pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our time there. Just a bit more than 10 minutes drive from the beach and 5th Avenue . Very convenient. The house was very confortable and spacious , with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and nice outdoor space overlooking a small lagoon I needed to work form the house and internet was perfect as well We will definitively come back !

We shared with neighbors and grown children and everyone had plenty of private space. If I could make any suggestion, it would be to check the drains, one of the showers has a slow drain. The pool and hot tub were great and the view is beautiful!

naples - not what we expected

Had quite a few issues: without a fridge for 1.5 days because broken (had to get new fridge); dishwasher left sediment on clean wash; a/c did not operate correctly (had to have serviced); no dish towels; no large sauce pots; no hand soap in bathrooms; bed pillows awfully flat; no bath mats; shower liner had mold; slats missing on blinds in bedroom; nite lites had no bulbs; was not aware of VRBO fee to use them; hidden expenses and warnings in book to not use too much this or that - felt like we were under attack to use anything extra. Not happy with accommodations and would seriously believe a refund is due for all the unfortunate situations/issues we encountered.
