This beautiful pool home with lake view is located in a nice, quite and well maintained community. Just minutes away from Downtown Naples , famous beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, brand new furniture, new mattresses, new bedding and décor. There is free 1Gbps+ super high speed internet, WIFI and cable TV. There are two bikes to enjoy relaxing rides in the community. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler are provided.

Very clean and comfortable

Beds were comfortable. Furnishings and appliances were new and contemporary. Very clean and uncluttered. We liked that there was plenty of space to store our clothes and personal items in the bedrooms. Very spacious.

This was our first time staying in this property and it worked great to have all 3 generations in one house to celebrate the holidays. Highlights were the extremely comfortable beds and fantastic views of the pool and lake. We will be back!

The layout matched the photos, and it worked perfectly for our party of 6, including 4 adults and 2 children. The amenities were standard with a few pleasant surprises.We were greeted with a spotless property upon arrival. Everything was well-maintained. We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and informative, and we easily found everything we needed. The same goes for check-out. Kim and Nicole were readily available whenever we had a question. The reminders for trash collection and check-out were a helpful touch.I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or family member, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the management company again in the future.During our stay, we had a blast at Baker Park with the kids. Tigertail was our go-to beach, and the sunsets at Naples Pier were breathtaking.This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The management team was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We created wonderful family memories and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Great Stay on Tivoli Lane

Spacious , great backyard with an in-ground pool and west facing for beautiful sunsets. We have stayed in the Briarwood Community before and would highly recommend this property for you next vacation.

WEDDING VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this planned vacation did not start as we had dreamed it would. we arrived on the 26th October having travelled from the UK to Miami the drove to Naples. needless to say we where all tired. looking forward to unpacking and relaxing when entering the house we soon realised from a musky smell that something was not right.We opened the patio doors just thinking its warm so get some fresh air. we then entered the first bedroom and saw the bed was not made.This was the same in all rooms.Everyone just stopped what they where doing and looked around to find the whole house had not been cleaned. the worst part was one of the beds had unsightly stains on it.We then contacted CNE and left messages to call straight back. A very polite lady called Kim called around and apologized, she then asked us to pack something for 1 night as we where moving to a house around the corner until the cleaners come.We did this and the following day our house was ready to move in about 1pm.After a couple of days we found the pool was cold so contacted CNE to ask for it to be turned up, i was informed there would be a charge of $126 dollar's. My reaction was with what we had experienced when we arrived surely we wound be charged. I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did until the pool cleaner turned up on the Tuesday and changed the temp.the rest of our stay was lovely, Briarwood is a nice quiet estate.Its just disappointing our start of our dream holiday started like this.Thanks

Wonderful Month in Naples for adult family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented 1027 Tivoli Lane for a second year, each time for a month. Three years ago we rented a different property 1088 Tivoli Dr. in Briarwood for 2 weeks. The Briarwood community is great, friendly and the community pools are so fun and the house is perfect. Wife and I were alone in house for two weeks and then our three adult sons from across the country, their ladies and grandchild joined us. House fits the 9 of us perfectly! Plenty of room to dine together, play board games or watch TV. New Weber Grill, GE stove, oven and microwave, new great room huge screen TV, new mattresses in one room. Future renters, trust me you can not go wrong and you will not be disappointed. Ladies from CNE Vacation Rentals are true peaches, a true delight to deal with on an ongoing basis. There is 100% enjoyment, zero risk of disappointment.We have already booked 1027 Tivoli Lane for 2024!

We have stayed in Briarwood a few times and enjoy the neighborhood and security of the gated community. As well as all the community amenities. Working with CNE Vacation Rental ladies was a joy. The only concern was the internet. It was inconsistent. I would recommend bringing a hot spot internet connection.
