Meublé avec 2 suites de maître de roi, une chambre de reine et 2 lits jumeaux dans la 4ème pièce, cette maison adaptera aux grandes familles. Cette belle maison a un grand salon avec une vue magnifique sur le lac à travers ses portes coulissantes. Une salle de famille confortable juste à côté de la cuisine bien équipée donne une grande famille ou une maison pleine d'invités beaucoup d'espace pour se réunir. La salle à manger formelle peut accueillir six personnes et l'espace petit-déjeuner peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Chaque chambre sera équipée d'une télévision à écran plat et une grande télévision à écran plat sera disponible dans la salle familiale pour les grandes réunions. Pour votre plus grand plaisir, il y a un coin salon couvert sur la véranda. Détendez-vous sur la véranda à côté de la piscine tout en admirant votre vue privée sur le lac immaculé et sa faune naturelle en Floride.

Beautiful House with amazing pool

Had such a lovely stay at this gorgeous house. The pool are and hot tub is just stunning! It’s a huge house so plenty of space! Beds were comfy. We had a little issue with the hot tub but the property manager was there to fix in 5 mins. Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. Naples is a beautiful place

Stayed here for a college softball trip House is beautiful! Right on the lake such a great spot! We had my 80 year old mom with us and it was perfect Right down the street from the ballpark couldn’t have been any easier every morning

3+ weeks of relaxing lake view, with a nice pool and waterfall. Kitchen center of the house for good hosting and nicely separate master for quiet time.

CNE Briarwood vacation rental

Simply put, and as my (adult) children and their partners wanted to put in a Visitor Book - “we had the most wonderful time in the most beautiful villa vacation rental home”. We have visited and stayed on Briarwood community most years for past 20 yrs. this villa was our most beautifully furnished and best villa rental yet. The lake view is to die for. We loved it. Now, we had a few glitches, BUT Kim and Nicole were super responsive and super attentive that our vacation was not impacted at all. Summary, we would definitely rent this villa again, and we would absolutely rent with CNE vacation rentals again. We can’t wait to get back.

Very good but some issues

The house is great also the location. We had problems with the AC. It was not working well, and it could not be repaired during our stay (18 days). The 3rd party company who assisted us (CNE rentals) tried to do their best, but I guess they were limited by the owners and that was a real problem. We reported it several times - almost every day - about the AC problem but it was not fully repaired just trying to fix it. So, we were very disappointed with that. We had a problem with the main room mattress, it was very old and in bad conditions and it was solved quickly by the CNE Rentals Team (but the owners didn't answer the phone calls). The CNE rentals Team was very good offering us a different place to stay but if the owners are no accountable and responsible for their house and the maintenance, I would not recommend it. With 4 kids and one with disability was not a good option to sleep every time that the AC doesn't work in a different house.

Home is well maintained with only a few minor maintenance issues which I noted in a maintenance request to complete after we left. Did find a couple of dirty dishes or pans which previous guest had put back in cupboards but otherwise was clean. The upgrade the past year to the pool / Lanai was excellent. Overall very satisfied and already booked for 2024.

The property was beautiful, very well appointed, and accommodated eight adults perfectly. Check-in to the gated community and house were clearly outlined by CNE. The house was spotless inside and out! Grocery store was just about one mile away, making our shopping convenient. Several beaches are within a 10-20 drive, making this a great location. The owners have provided everything for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, etc. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub after a long day at the beach! Community pool was great as well. My family and I spent 7 nights and didn’t have any concerns or issues. We requested a later check out and CNE was able to accommodate. We enjoyed the sunset cruise out of Naples. Views were breathtaking! Overall experience was 5+ stars!!

Wonderful week in Naples

My family and I have a wonderful week staying at this beautiful home in Naples! It has everything we needed and more! The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas we're great, along with the wagon to tow everything to the beach. We enjoyed the coolers too. The house was comfortable and perfect for us to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the view of the water behind us! Thanks for everything, it was a perfect week!!
