This upscale furnished 4 bedroom & 3 bath vacation villa with southern exposure lives like a luxury resort with an oversized and private master suite. The Bali inspired South facing sun drenched electric heated pool is extremely relaxing and very private offering an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, outdoor dining and entertaining. Every room has been very tastefully decorated to the detail from the interior to the exterior and the manicured landscape with 25 up lights. Additional Briarwood offers a tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, beach volleyball and a basketball field, 2 community pools – one is a plympic size swimming pool and a playground for the little once.

Naples Getaway

This house could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was very well appointed and we found everything we needed. The pool was luxurious! Each of the bedrooms was an en suite and very private. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed everything about this house!

Great Neighborhood & Great Pool

We’ve vacationed in Naples for several years and have stayed at many properties; this house has the best pool of all of them. The pool heat was set at the perfect temperature and the pool deck was super clean with very comfortable furniture. The house was equipped with everything I needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast. The layout of the house also works well for two couples, as the two king bedrooms offer separation, if desired. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great family stay at Naples

We had a great time in Naples staying at this Briarwood home. The property is very nice and spacious offering all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the quiet and well-maintained Briarwood community. The house is close ride to the beach, shops and restaurants. Doris has been great host and communicating timely with us on any questions we had before and during our stay.

Delightful Inside and Out

We loved the layout, especially the progressive sliders that fully opened the living room and bed rooms to the pool area. Reminded us of homes in the Caribbean islands. The Briarwood neighborhood is very friendly and host was very responsive to minor issues

Fantastic home!!

From the start, this home was perfect. Short drive to beach and restaurants, gorgeous decor, safe gated and quiet community. Beautiful pool to enjoy. Communication was excellent before and during for any questions. My friends and I would rent again. Thank you!

Great July Vacation!

We had a fantastic time at this property. The pool was wonderful, equipped with plenty of toys for use. There was ample pool furniture to accommodate a party of 10, even though there were just 4 of us. The outdoor grill and dining area were also enjoyable. The property also had two adult bikes and one child bike, all nearly new. I loved riding them to the beach, taking a different path each time. The 4th of July fireworks were spectacular as well! The property looks exactly like the photos, and the new appliances were a great added bonus! Doris has been very responsive from the start!

Top quality all the way

No need to look any further if you want to visit Naples. This house has everything you would want. Faultless. We have stayed at a number of houses at Briarwood which is fabulous (we wouldn't stay anywhere else) and this is the stand out, no question. Doris is fantastic. Comms excellent, popped over to introduce herself. Such a nice touch. House has a nice contemporary feel to it. All new appliances. Lovely touches around the house too. Feels like a home. not a rental. It's in a classy part of Briarwood too. Thank you Doris for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Sehr schönes, toll eingerichtetes Haus in guter, ruhiger Lage mit kurzen Wegen zur Down Town Naples und zum Strand. Ideales Urlaubsquartier. Super Betreuung durch Agentur vor Ort. Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt! Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the home and the privacy of each suite. The lanai had sun all day, and a lovely outdoor kitchen, grill and a living area to entertain and/or relax. The property was in a safe neighborhood, with a fun recreation park, including pickleball courts, which were well maintained. The home also was equipped with great bicycles. We were not thrilled with the location of the neighborhood, although it was close to 5th Ave, which was convenient. The property manager was great and extremely attentive. The property needs to update the curtains in every area of the home, especially the main living area, as there are neighbors behind the home and there weren't any curtains, so at night it felt strange. Also, the curtains in the master were falling apart and the other bedroom suite had see through shades which was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, although did not have any serving platters, serving bowls or cheese and appetizer spreaders. The property manager actually brought over some platters and bowls which we really appreciated.
