Guests will need to check in with the guard at the community gate. The house itself can be accessed via a smart lock. Prior to your arrival, youâll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
St. Malo Beach is a private, gated community known for its exclusivity and upscale properties. It offers a sense of privacy and security, making it a sought-after location for those looking for a serene and luxurious beach experience. The neighborhood is renowned for its French Normandy-style homes, characterized by their picturesque, old-world charm, including steeply pitched roofs, stone exteriors, and intricate architectural details.
Getting Around:
Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility, although ride-sharing services such as Lyft and Uber are also available. Oceanside is also a bike-friendly city with several bike paths and lanes.
Other Things to Note:
» Must be at least 25 years old to book
» Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement
» The house has parking space for 3 cars only. Additional cars must park outside the gated community.
» No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the St. Malo community.
