Large Oceanfront House in Historic Gated Community with Optional Apartment

Enjoy your personal luxury oceanfront getaway located in the exclusive guard gated community of Saint Malo Beach. This charming French Normandy styled community has the feel of a beachside European retreat with old world charm, community beach, volleyball, tennis and pickle ball courts.

This home is a classic French indoor/outdoor house. As you enter, you'll walk through a breezeway to the center courtyard. Four of the six bedrooms can be accessed directly from the courtyard. This includes one bedroom with a king bed and full bath, one bedroom with twin beds and a full bath, and two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a shower bathroom. There is another bedroom on the main floor off of the living room. This bedroom has a queen bed and a shower bathroom. The sixth bedroom is downstairs off of the game room. This bedroom has a king bed and shower bathroom.

In addition to the 6 bedrooms in the main house, an outdoor staircase in the center courtyard leads up to a separate apartment that provides a quiet, private haven of its own. This space has a king bedroom, bathroom with glass enclosed shower and windows facing the ocean, as well as a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The apartment can be added to your stay for an additional cost.

Moving into the main home, you are greeted with high-ceilings in a classic great room with ample seating, wood burning fireplace, game table, large side patio and panoramic ocean views. The open dining room has a large farmhouse table that seats 8-10 guests. There is a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and updated appliances, including double ovens, two full-sized refrigerators, and a separate beverage refrigerator.

Moving downstairs from the great room is a game room with a pool table, flat screen tv, comfortable seating and a gas burning fireplace. The sixth bedroom and a shower bathroom are off of the game room. Walk out the French doors to a glassed-in patio spanning the width of the house. The patio boasts a comfortable seating area under a protective gazebo and a large dining table for al fresco meals. There is a small beach area just steps outside the patio with loungers and umbrellas for soaking up the sun and ocean views. There is also an outside shower.
