With a chic and cozy design, the split floorplan features spacious bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for those who prefer to cook in. The great room boasts a comfy sectional sofa, dining area, and a big-screen TV for relaxation. Enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather from your private patio. Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, and gym. The prime location puts you within walking distance of many attractions.
The Space
This condo underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is ready for your vacation stay. Premium laminate flooring throughout adds a touch of elegance. The living area includes a comfortable sectional couch, which also serves as a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for your dining pleasure. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a built-in workspace, perfect for business travelers. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or the breakfast bar. The remodeled bathrooms include a luxurious tiled walk-in shower. The private patio offers a relaxing outdoor space. The complex provides additional amenities such as a heated pool, spa, game room, and gym. An assigned covered parking space is included, and laundry facilities are on-site. You can’t beat this location—just steps from Fashion Square Mall, the Valley's premier shopping center, and a short ride on the Old Town Trolley to the eclectic shops and art galleries of Old Town. Giants spring training and ASU are just minutes away.

No smoking in the unit at any time. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age or have 3 5 star approvals.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
