Host quickly responded to messages with inquiries pertaining the property. The pool and hot tub on this facility are very nice and clean. It would be nice if there was a microwave in the kitchen. It is a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Overall we had a nice stay.

This place was interesting. It matched the photos, but didn't in a way. It's deceiving in that it matched, but underneath it all, it is an OLD place that smelled like my grandma's basement, just old and dank. Which honestly, didn't bother me all that much. I'm not that picky. If it's clean & no bugs, especially no bed bugs, I'm happy. However, this is AZ & as you can imagine, it is HOT! Like unbearably hot at times. We stayed here the end of August & it was about 105-110 daily & this place did not get very cool. Was it cooler than outside, yes. Was it comfortably cool, no. The overall AC unit didn't work well. They had a portable AC unit that worked very very well, but it was only usable in the master bedroom. We were supposed to have our in-laws stay with us, but using the 2nd bedroom was out of the question. That room was very hot & we could not get it to cool down at all & definitely couldn't sleep in there. I asked the property management crew for a second portable AC unit for the second bedroom. They said they'd bring us one on day 2 & never brought it. Our in-laws had to stay somewhere else because we couldn't use the second bedroom. The porch was cute & well decorated, but you can't really enjoy it in the AZ heat. All in all, if you don't mind an AC that barely works, then this place is decent enough. FYI, this unit is in building 11, laundry is on 2nd floor next building over. (Adding this info to check in paperwork would be very helpful.)

Wonderful Condo

What a beautiful location! Unit was clean, exactly as pictured and advertised well stocked with coffee and towels as well. Would definitely recommend or stay her again! Beds were comfortable, and the patio which is covered was such a nice place to hang out and people watch in the morning. Very quiet too!

Overall nice condo, in a nice location...but would we stay again?

Nice, clean with most everything you need. Beds were nice, main bed was on the floor, which might be challenging for elderly. 2 bathrooms was convenient, one dripped. Limited cooking pots/pans. DĂ©cor was a little “meh”. Nice shaded outdoor balcony. Parking spot, nice and close.Liked the location. Quite, safe. Condo is furthest corner from the pool/hot tub/fitness areas. Complex is gated (locked), and pool, hot tub, laundry & fitness are all each gated/locked as well. Condo only comes with one access card to enter the gates, which is a hassle if more than 2 people. We had 5 adults and it was a PAIN! For example, if one individual goes to the pool on their own, others can’t access outside gate to even get to the pool area, or in the pool, without card. Person has to come let them in. Or, if you are in the pool, and someone wants to go the hot tub, they need the access card to get into the hot tub area. You either take them and let them in, OR they take the access card. If they take the card, then you cannot, for instance, go the bathrooms because you need the card to access them, let alone get back into pool area. 2 CARDS SHOULD BE MANDATORY! Other rentals said theirs came with at least 2 access cards. Pool, hot tub, fitness areas are nice. Pool area can be crowded with “chair claimers” of course.Overall nice, BUT, one access card was a deal breaker for us. We asked for a 2nd one, but were told "No". We wouldn’t return, unless that changed.

Nice condo, clean. Dated furniture. Bed was a foam mattress basically on the floor. Location was near restaurants and Old Town but the unit was pretty far from pool. It was a good place but boring location, frankly all of Phoenix was pretty boring to me.

Great stay

Location and facility is great, beautiful. Very diverse crowd—retirees who live there long term, girls trips, vacationing young families. Host communication could have been better. Asked for TP at 8 am, said they would bring some by that morning, radio silence until I communicated again at 1pm. Same with check in/out requests.

Great getaway weekend.

Great condo complex that’s perfect for families. The locals were so accommodating. Location was perfect due to everything being so close. Old town Scottsdale was a 3 minute drive away. The condo itself was on the older side, but the inside was nicely updated.
