Welcome to The Honeycomb House! This charming 1940's home has been recently remodeled & completely updated from top to bottom! It's a short drive to City Center & Downtown Salt Lake and only 10 minutes from the airport! There is a Trax stop only 2 blocks away, a grocery store is a 3 min drive, & both Park City + Cottonwood Canyons Ski Resorts are 30 minutes away. Super fast Fiber internet! The house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

On the main level, you will enter into a living space with a TV, comfortable couch, and oversized arm chair. Off to the left there are 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Full) and a shared hall bath with a bathtub. Through the kitchen and Down the hall is the owner’s suite with a Queen bed and its own en-suite that has a walk in shower. When you head down the stairs to the basement, the laundry room is in the common area and it is stocked with all the necessities to refresh your clothes. Off of the laundry room is a half bathroom, a bedroom with 2 twin size beds & a desk, and a media room which has a TV, futon, game chairs, and lots of board games, toys, and puzzles for guests to enjoy. The home is surprisingly spacious with plenty of room to spread out!

*Please note we just added a desk to the basement bedroom and blackout shades to each upstairs bedroom. The basement bedroom is naturally dark. There are lamps in every room to provide additional light*

If you are traveling with children or a large family, we have travel cribs/bassinet, strollers with bassinet attachments, pack & plays, air beds, baby carriers, potty seats, and lots of other baby gear we are happy to share with families to help lighten the load while traveling. Please inquire with us and we will be happy to give you the whole list of items we can provide for our guests and help accommodate all of your needs.

Pretty much the entire house is up for guest use. We do kindly ask to respect the locked storage closets and if you use any items in our home, please treat them with respect and let us know of any issues you may have as soon as you encounter them. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

*Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. The verification company will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

-Please take shoes off in house -Quiet hours are 10pm-6am -Absolutely no parties or large group gatherings. You will be asked to leave with no refund.

-Basement ceilings are 7 ft. In some spots with ductwork, the ceiling is only 6 ft. -There is only 1 window in the basement bedroom measuring 20x20".

**Local law prohibits full dwelling STR. Common areas are shared by owner, but I travel for work. You have total privacy. Message for further info**

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The hosts are wonderful, communicative, and very clear (they did something special for us when we needed to leave early). The house was in perfect condition and worked great for our 2 families attending a soccer tournament. I would highly recommend the host and the beautiful, convenient house. Excellent!

Originally From New Jersey & Texas, your hosts began their love story in the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado. After years of traveling the world, we decided to start a new journey in Salt Lake City. We both love the mountains, winter sports, and all the other wonderful adventures that Utah can offer. We both travel extensively for work, so we are excited to share our home with guests and let them fall in love with Utah for a short while (or maybe forever!)

Being close to the airport was very important for both of our jobs so Fairpark was an easy choice. We have incredible neighbors and lots of new places popping up to try out. We also love being so close to the Northwest Community Center where you can often find us at the gym, pool, or enjoying the sunshine on the playground with our daughter and dog!

Our house is not just a rental, but it is truly a family friendly home. We want to do our best to make your travel as easy as possible-therefore we offer the option to borrow baby-gear to help lighten your load. We know first hand how annoying it is when you forget the PLUG to your baby monitor, so why not borrow our baby monitor while you're here. From strollers to bath toys and baby carriers to sound machines, we would love to help trim down your bags so you have more room to make memories while you're here.

In regards to planning your stay, we would love to be as hands on as you wish! We are happy to provide suggestions, recommendations, and extra amenities to make your stay as memorable as possible. About 1 month out from your check-in date, we will send you a guidebook that details everything you should ever need to know about our home & the surrounding areas! This guidebook has been what makes our home stand apart from the rest. Many of our guests have reported back saying that the information provided by us made them feel like they had 24/7 concierge for their vacation.
