Welcome to the Urban Ski Loft, a beautiful new townhome in the heart of South Salt Lake! This modern 3-bed, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living spaces, and a 2-car garage! Just minutes from downtown, ski resorts, and top dining, it’s the perfect blend of city convenience and mountain adventure—ideal for business travelers, families, and ski groups alike.

This sleek three-story townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread across three spacious levels, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. Designed with a modern aesthetic, the interiors feature clean lines, stylish furnishings, and plenty of natural light. Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse, including the garage and balcony spaces.

We got our steps in! The bedroom with 4 twin beds was right inside the garage door. The other rooms were on the top floor up three flights of stairs - beautiful rooms, simply furnished suites, each with its own bathroom. A real treat! We weren't sharing bathrooms and we appreciated that a great deal! Jake was extremely helpful every time I reached out and when we ran out of garbage sacks he had some delivered within the hour! We managed to creatively fit two cars in the garage for an incredibly snug fit! And the rest of our group had to park outside the property on the street. Not ideal, but we made it work. We were a 10-15 min drive or so from the Salt Palace where we were attending a wellness convention and we hosted a small team gathering at Jake's place (20 people, with Jake's permission!) and it was a lovely gathering. Thank you, Jake, for working so well with our group! Debbie

Great Location with Plenty of Room

This was such a great place to stay over spring break. It was a great central location for visiting downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. It was also very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with basics. He stayed here with our teenage and young adult children. We didn’t feel crowded at all, which was nice. We also liked that the neighborhood was so close to so many things, Ruby Snap, Costco, Temple Square, 9th & 9th, etc. were all just a few minutes away. We were glad to have a garage to park in although it was a little snug for our palisade. Snug is OK, it still worked.We would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone. My favorite part was when we arrived in their were fresh flowers on the table. My kids said, “Wow these people must be your best friends.” They know how much I love Flowers.

“I absolutely loved my stay at this VRBO just outside of downtown Salt Lake City for my family stay while visiting the University. The decor was simple but stunning—every detail felt thoughtfully designed and stylish. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the whole space feel fresh and welcoming. I also really appreciated how well-organized everything was, from the kitchen to the living areas. The open layout made the space feel even bigger, giving it a bright and airy vibe.From check-in to check-out, communication with the host was top-notch down to fine little extras. They provided clear instructions, were quick to respond to any questions during my stay, and made sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness made the whole experience even better. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind while still being close to everything downtown had to offer. I’d definitely plan to stay here again!”
