Perfect Location and Beautiful, Spacious Spot to Stay For a Bigger Group
We loved our stay at this property. We were a group of 4 in town for just a couple of nights and loved the location, within walking distance of the city, a great food hall, and the train that can get you pretty much anywhere else of interest in the city, including directly to the airport. We had a couple of cars that we were able to easily park out front for free on the street. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner, dine together, and relax with the games stocked under the coffee table like Scrabble, UNO, and puzzles. Our only word of advice is to note that, though the house is listed to sleep as many as 10 guests (which it easily can), the host charges an extra guests fee for any more than two guests on the reservation. We thought that strange given only larger groups are going to be booking it anyway. Overall, we're very happy guests and loved our stay!
Property was exactly as listed. We had a wonderful visit in Salt Lake. This property fit our needs exactly. When we are in Salt Lake again we will definitely stay here. House is fully stocked with anything you would need and the communication with the host is top notch!
This was a charming house. Everything was neat, tidy, and clean. The room with the double beds was located at the top of some steep stairs, so make sure you are aware of that. There are also steps up to the front door. The bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but there were police sirens every night down the street. I would stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and comfortable. Feedback for improvement would be more utensils, wine glasses, and sharp knives. We planned to cook but the tools for that were rather limited. Otherwise, the house was lovely.
Great place for our work trip to Salt Lake for a conference. Enough beds for everyone and clean and close enough to down town and the amenities we needed.
This house is very close to downtown SLC. it's clean and roomy. It held our group of 6 comfortably. When we had extra family come to visit and eat a meal, there was room to spare!
Overall the house was great and just as described. Very clean and very well stocked with basic essentials. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot when we arrived and took a long time to cool down (by increasing the A/C and using multiple fans), but once cool the bedroom was fine for the rest of our stay. The neighborhood is ok, but there is a lot homelessness in the area (this is the case for all of Salt Lake, not just the location of this house). The only issue I had with the house is that we discovered every window was unlocked. (I am glad we checked the windows, before going to bed.) We mentioned to Tori and she apologized and said she'd discuss with the cleaning company. I am sure this was not intentional, but still a bit unnerving. Overall Tori was very attentive and responsive before, and throughout, our stay. Overall a 9/10.
We stayed here one night after we completed visits to all Mighty 5 UTah National Parks. Very clean. Cute decor, kitchen nook is very nice. Upstairs was v hot when we arrived but with use of fans we were able to cool it down and my sons were able to sleep upstairs. (We were in Utah during a 95+ week).

This home is downtown and is a great spot to be if you need a place close to the airport, convention centers (Salt Palace, concert arenas (Vivint), The Depot)
