Oak Grove Cottage is your cozy Amelia Island retreat only 1 mile from the beach! Bring your pets and come relax in this calm, breezy space. Our cheery, unique cottage is a bike ride to the beach on complimentary cruisers and only two miles to historic downtown Fernandina Beach. The space is a stylishly designed with no detail spared. Mid century flares and lots of complimentary features to include coffee, bikes, beach gear, and a grill. Games and toys for kids and pets and a fun bunk space!

Historic tongue and groove hard wood floors and walls making this a comfortable coastal cottage stay that is pet and kid-friendly. You’ll have that, “old Florida feel” the second you step through the door of our cottage, even though Oak Grove is conveniently located in the heart of FB and convenient to everything. Breezy and stylish lounge spaces. Fully equipped kitchen with eat-in dining area. Large smart TV's in every room. The main, front bedroom is outfitted with a Queen-sized bed with coastal linens. The "Flex" room is outfitted with a full bed and a fun, built-in bunk for kids and funky, retro decor. The bunk has a 150 lb weight limit and is for kids/teens and sleeping only. Not for horse play, etc. Fenced in back yard, with corn hole and plenty of room for your kids and furry friends to romp.

Our cottage is draped in hundred year old oak trees and the back yard is fully fenced providing a perfect space for pets, kids, grilling and romping. Curl up in one of our cozy spaces with your favorite book.

We provide many complimentary amenities to include a gas grill, beach cruiser bikes, beach gear and chairs, customized Corn Hole game for the back, board games, fire pit, gourmet coffee, etc.

Pet friendly with lots of amenities provided! We will also arrange for grocery shopping so your fridge is stocked upon arrival. Just message us. There is an added fee for this service ($50). Finally, we can provide a full resort-like experience to include golf-cart delivery (paid for separately from booking), coordinate massage recommendations, etc. Special occasion? Celebrating something? Notify us so we can provide a special treat for you upon arrival. $50 gift certificate to the local surf shop for the first 3 bookings! Finally, enjoy pool access at one of two local resorts with resort pass. This is an added charge of $25/pp and per day. Details provided in the cottage check-in book.
Nobody over 125 lbs on the built-in bunk. By booking, you’re acknowledging to only use the bunk for sleeping per these guidelines.
