Fernandina Girls Trip!

We had an amazing time at the Fernandina Beach! Townhouse was very clean and modern. Decor was cute and cozy! We had the middle townhouse so there was not much of a backyard but we really spent more time at the beach and walking the neighborhood than hanging out so it was perfect. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect retreat

Everything about this place was perfect. The modern coastal decor immediately set the tone for a memorable weekend. No detail was spared. The townhome was equipped with every creature comfort, from beach towels to coffee, board games and more. We took advantage of the perfect location and watched sunrises and went for morning jogs on the beach. In the evenings we strolled around downtown which was only a few minutes away. Although we had a fully equipped kitchen, for dinner we dined at various restaurants in the area, including Peppers, Mason's famous lobster rolls, and Coastal.

Location was EVERYTHING!

Location was great! I do have a few suggestions. The shower curtain liner in the hallway bathroom should be cleaned or replaced. There should be a tv in the other bedroom. A door stop should be added behind the bathroom door in the main bathroom. The hallway bathroom shower pull wasn't working properly. Water was still coming out of the faucet while showering. Other than that, it was wonderful! Easy walk to the beach!

From the Owner: "Chambray, thank you for the review! We are glad that you enjoyed the property. It is very convenient to have such an effortless walk to the beach. In our efforts to provide the best accommodation, we will be replacing the shower curtain. We will also be addressing the shower pull and door stop issues. If there is anything else we can do to earn a 5-star rating, please let us know."

Mermaids Cove

The unit is lovely, spacious, and located within one block of the beach. Everything you need is furnished. The island is beautiful; we were a short distance to Fernandia Beach's historic harbor and its shops, restaurants, attractions, and taverns. We enjoyed ouselves; be prepared for steamy weather and frequent rain.

Very beautiful and quite home. It was very clean, well upkeep, and comfortable meaning temperature of home. The only thing I suggest is that a tv be put in second bedroom and new mattress on the living room couch. The couch was the only uncomfortable thing about this place. Overall I would come back again. Thanks David for everything..

Under the Sea!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The seaweed is always greener, in somebody’s else’s lake. You dream about going up there but that is a big mistake. Just look at the world around you, right here on the ocean floor, such wonderful things surround you, what more are you lookin for?? All of the beauty we need right here in America. My happy song fits this situation. Everything about Amelia Island made my heart happy.

Thank you so much for this wonderful (and musical!) review! We are absolutely thrilled that you loved your stay with us. It sounds like Amelia Island really cast its spell on you—and we have to agree, there is definitely magic to be found right here on our shores, no ocean floor diving required! Knowing that our home made your heart happy is the best feedback we could ever ask for. We would love to welcome you back to your favorite little slice of paradise whenever you need another dose of that 'happy song' feeling. Safe travels until next time!
