2 Bedroom Condo on Amelia Island~ Brand New to the Rental Market ~1st Floor Unit

~NEW TO RENTAL MARKET~ Come to visit beautiful and serene Amelia Island. The weather is beautiful year round. Activities, shopping, and history abounds in this little gem of the Atlantic Ocean.

A year long renovation project has just been completed and is now ready for YOU and the rental market. This newly painted first floor (5 steps) Amelia Landings Condo features a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Unique to Amelia Landings rentals, is a KING size bed in the master suite. (Truly a rarity). The second bedroom has two twins with luxurious Tuft and Needle mattresses. In addition, a convenient pullout couch converts to a full size bed as well. Both bathrooms feature new vanities, fixtures, and granite tops. The kitchen has just received a facelift, granite and tile. A new coffee/wine bar has been added along with a new full size washer and dryer to meet your family's needs. A large lanai with ceiling fan boasts two sitting areas surrounded by greenery making the most of the outdoors. Entrances directly from the master bedroom and the living room make this a favorite place for morning coffee or afternoon wine and appetizers.

The condo boasts TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room using YouTube Live TV with Netflix and other channels available for your sign in. There are ceiling fans in every room. One of the largest outdoor pools on the island is steps away. A convenient boardwalk takes you to the ocean in 8- 10 minutes. We supply all linens, beach towels, soap, trash bags, and starter paper products. We always have chairs and children's toys available along with a cart to take beachside. Our kitchen has an array of spices, crockpot, rice maker, blender, coffeemaker and grinder, and Viking cookware.

The owner has 20 years experience renting their other vacation property on the island (VRBO 26619). Read those reviews! The owner conveniently lives steps away. We pride ourselves in keeping a very clean property. Look no further. This is the one!

The condo was exactly as described, which was excellent! It was convenient to all our needs...Downtown and The Ritz. We appreciated the cleanliness and wonderful linens and kitchen supplies. What a great place! It felt like a little home away from home for a long weekend. The covered porch was perfect for a rainy morning, and the location was better than we'd even expected, with a walkway through the neighborhood dropping you at restaurants and the beach in mere minutes. David was wonderful to work with and lives super close in case of any issues (he even saw us looking for the walkway and helped direct us!). We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

Condo was perfect. Located close to the beach and all the great restaurants in town. Big pool that we basically had to ourselves, maybe it was the timing of our stay but either way huge pool and close to our condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay away from home!!

We enjoyed our time on Amelia Island! The condo was perfectly located from the beach and tons of restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities provided as well. The condo had everything we needed! Was very quiet and was only 12-15 min walk to beach. My kids loved the little pond on location.
