This beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is the perfect location for your next seaside getaway. Entering through the front door you will immediately notice the gorgeous coastal flooring throughout and neutral color palette complete with warm coastal accents. This Forest Ridge villa has a unique floor plan as it was once a 3 bedroom now converted to a 2 bedroom to allow for a more spacious and open great room!

The spacious great room is furnished with a large cozy sleeper sofa and two accent chairs all centered around an oversized flat screen smart television and electric fireplace. Just off the living area lies the private balcony with a serene wooded view and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The private balcony features a table and two chairs for dining al fresco!

Walking into the fully equipped kitchen you will find updated white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and offers seating for 4.

Just down the hall lies the master bedroom complete with a king size bed accented with beautiful blue and white décor, a claw foot dresser, a desk area, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en suite bath includes a shower tub combo as well as a stylish navy colored vanity with granite countertops and double sinks.

The neighboring second bedroom features a queen size bed, beachy décor, and a walk in closet. The guest bathroom offers a shower tub combo and is just down the hall.

This relaxing retreat is only a 3 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!
This property allows 1 small dog weighing no more than 100 lbs -$150 Pet Fee.

Beach- Pool- Town house

It was a short walk to the beach. It was a nice downstairs place. It was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us and our pup. The pool was nice also and clean. They did have more than we expected. The management was very responsive also. We would stay here again.

Awesome Family Getaway

The condo was in the perfect location for all we wanted to do. The beach was super close and the pool was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed in the house which was clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The management team was amazing and easy to contact by text. Overall a great experience.

Great condo, nice community, close to the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s spacious and nice, in a nice condo community that’s the perfect distance to the beach. The code they sent me for the door didn’t work but they gave me a new one to try immediately that did. They communicated frequently and well and made our stay a breeze.

Amelia Beach Trip

This was a great place to visit with my son and family. He is in the military and we had not seen them for 2 years. Alot of fun things to do in the area. Loved the beach was so close!

Great location and close to the beach!

My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was two blocks away from the beach and close to several local eateries. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay and a place we could call hone for the few days we were there. If we are in the area again, we would definitely consider this as a top choice for our vacation.

Great condo for my family

The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location! The property is well shaded with tennis courts and a pool. It’s a Quick walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants. We will be back!

Fernandina Beach Condo

Great stay, first time to Amelia Island. Centrally located condo was a block off of A1A so an easy walk to the beach. Golfed twice, 10 mins to golf course. The town was 10 mins away as well. Good value, good location!

Summer vacation

We had a nice family vacation. This was our first time in the area and we really enjoyed it! The condo was nice and had everything we needed for the most part. For small kids it is a bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible. Easy and quick communication with the property manager.

Amazing stay!!!

We had an AMAZING time! Looks exactly like the listing. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots, etc. which is rare with rentals. Beds were very comfortable. The complex is quiet and everything is nearby. The pool is a short walk away. They have a grassy area with grills right outside of the building. My biggest concern was the walk to the beach but once we got there we realized it was so short. Make sure you go out the side and not towards the entrance to get there. It’s a shorter walk than if you stay at a condo in a high rise. We have a 3 year and a 6 year old and had no issues. Used a wagon and made trips back to the condo quickly. The property stayed in touch and helped when needed. We loved it so much we added on an extra day last minute! We will 100% come back here. It’s a great place for kids and the entire area is amazing!

In recent years we had stopped at Fernandina Beach a couple times on our way home (Ohio) from Marco Island. We were charmed by the town and its historic section, and we decided this time to make Fernandina Beach our primary vacation spot. We enjoyed our stay. (Amelia Island is a mix of old Florida and “gentrification”; it has been interesting to observe changes during the last five years. The city deserves much credit for the many public access paths to the beach.) The lush landscaping of this condo complex adds some freshness to the exteriors of buildings that were probably built in the 1980’s. . The interior of the condo has been nicely updated and has a light, attractive beachy theme throughout. (The bed was also very comfortable.) While we chose to enjoy local restaurants instead of cooking in, the condo has plenty of plates, utensils, and pans for those who would prefer to prepare meals at the condo. We used the communal pool several times during our stay, and we were pleased with its cleanliness. We also enjoyed the condo’s proximity to the beach. It is an easy walk - a couple blocks - to the beach. The beach nearest the condo was uncrowded at the different times of the day during which we visited - we loved it! One activity we highly recommend is a the Amelia River/ Cumberland Island cruise. The captain was an excellent and entertaining narrator, and we learned much about the area as a result of the river cruise. In summary, we very much enjoyed our stay, our comfortable condo and the wonderful weather having much to do with our pleasure!
