This updated vacation home is sure to delight the entire family. Spend your vacation mornings sipping coffee on the tropical patio, your afternoons splashing in the pool mere steps away (and exclusive to Beachwood guests), and your evenings gathered in the spacious living room equipped with a TV and comfortable furniture. Walk across the street for beach access to the Atlantic Ocean!

Inside, the open floor plan will make it easy to hang out or entertain friends and family, while the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and an oversized sink. Wonderful get away. Within easy walking distance to the oceanfront. Bikes in the condo added an extra touch. Condo is clean and just as advertised. We love Amelia!

Just Beautiful

This Condo was great! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Even had boogie boards, chairs and beach stuff hiding in the closet! The best part was the proximity to the beach. Super short walk on a beautiful trail. Highly recommend.

Getaway October weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We brought our dog with us and the first floor made it easy coming to and from the place. The bikes were a nice touch as there are beautiful walking and biking paths. The beach is beautiful and the condo was stocked nicely with whatever we needed.

Vacation 2021

Wonderful and relaxing. A very short walk to the beach; we made the trip several times a day. Our pups loved it as much as we did. Bikes in the condo were an added benefit. Thanks for the best time!! We will be back .

It is a perfect condo and property for a long weekend. We wanted for nothing. Everything was made available at the condo and property. We came in late and the after hours service was great at answering any questions I had.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 2 bedroom condo. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Comes with beach gear, which is super helpful. There was a pool right behind the condo but it wasn’t well maintained; there was a heated pool about 10 min away but didn’t find it until our last night. Overall very happy with the place and location!

Perfect vacation spot

This condo and location far surpassed our expectations. The Omni location is incredibly idyllic. This particular condo is in a secluded ground-floor location steps from 2 different beach accesses. The condo is newly renovated and lived like we were at home with tasteful, quality finishes. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we worked with Babyquip to rent a crib and additional beach equipment. There are miles of walking paths, and every necessary amenity is just down the road. Our only nit is that the floors need a good clean, but there were Swiffers in the unit. We will definitely be back!

new cleaning service

Condo is a large two/two & very convenient to beach & many restaurants. But, the floors were very dirty & dresser draws had to be cleaned with damp cloth before placing any items in them. Dead bugs & broken crackers behind chair in living room Owner needs to replace cleaning service.

We sure wish you would have let us know at any point that the cleaning was not good. We pride ourselves in our customer service and would have immediately fixed any cleanliness issues. We never heard a word from you while you were here. We do apologize.

Beautiful space in an amazing place

We had a wonderful time at Beachwood. The unit was clean and well appointed, steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. There are chairs, umbrellas and a beach buggy that makes going to the beach a breeze. The trees keep the area cool and quiet and the walking paths are a treasure. Amelia island Rentals did a great job, check in was flawless, communication was great. We had a small problem with the drain on the AC and they sent a team over on Friday evening and fixed it right away. They even came back on Saturday morning to make sure everything was clean and working right. From the unit to the area and the staff we were delighted from day one. We will definitely be back.

Amelia Island Trip

It was a cute condo, comfortable condo and a nice size and location. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes that were there. The condo did have a bad smell the whole time and the floors and master shower floors were quite dirty. The man. comp offered to come clean, but we didn’t really want a crew in there after we had settled in. I wish at least the cleaning fee would have been refunded. The king bed mattress is old. There is a big hump in the middle and you sleep in a pit. The queen bed was much more comfortable. It would have been nice to have some salt/pepper, spray oil and a couple spices in the kitchen.

Overall, we were pleased with the unit. It was very clean. The furnishings were nice although the chairs in the living room were a bit uncomfortable. If there were ottomans to prop your feet on that might have helped. When we did have an issue it was addressed in a timely manner. Here are some items that need to be addressed in the future: 1) We needed directions on how to operate the TV in the living room. All TV’s and providers are different. 2) Need a TV in guest bedroom 3) Light bulb in guest bathroom burned out 4) The lever in the guest bathroom tub needs to be looked into. It seemed hard to pullout to turn to hot/cold 5) There was a limited number of glasses (bar and no juice glasses) when there are 4 adults are in the unit. 6) Possible designated bar area. 7) HVAC even when turned down did not seem to cool adequately.
