Welcome to "The Beachside Four," a freshly renovated complex featuring four individual apartment units. Unit 2 is a 2-bedroom on the first floor, with one Queen bed & two Twin beds. A brief 30-second walk across the street leads you to the sandy path of Lake Michigan's Sheridan Beach.

This unit offers its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining space, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and two reserved parking spots.

Nearby attractions within walking distance include Washington Park Zoo, Washington Park, the Michigan City Lighthouse, Dune Billie's Cafe, Cool Runnings Jamaican Bar, and Splash Pad, among others.

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is nice, and the kitchen and laundry are great. However, we were unable to use the pool, and parking was tight. Thanks!

Disappointed and will not return

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mold/mildew smell was overwhelming, especially in the closets. This was an old building with a very smelly basement that someone tried to rehab without knowing what they were doing. (The vinyl plank flooring was new and was coming up in the entry because the floors are very uneven. There was an open tube of epoxy in a kitchen drawer, a drawer in the bedroom stuffed full of hardware for bed assembly, missing wand for the new living room blinds, sawdust in the shelves, etc, etc.) The staff did not respond to our text message upon arrival. We had to drive over to the office an hour after arrival to tell them that the door to the next unit behind ours was standing wide open (no guests) and that there was no way to lock the basement door from inside the unit. We did not feel safe. This was a huge disappointment.

Great location for family beach trip

The accommodations are as listed. Property was clean and a GREAT location to the beach. There is a close path to the beach- but it’s worth walking one block down and getting to the actual path. Plenty of towels and linens.
